THis property is old, the rooms are old, carpet looks dirty and old. The sink did not have a sink stopper. The tub was old and had scale stains and the stopper wouldnt work. On the other hand, the service and the food were amazing.

The hotel is nice but very old. The first two room we got were run down and carpet was old. I had to pay extra for an upgrade and I had two rooms.

Staff was very welcoming throughout the hotel Breakfast and dinner were both delicious and very convenient for us Also the bar service was excellent. Overall we had a great stay and will be returning. we loved the snack table outside the elevator, that was an excellent idea!

The hotel was very nice, great atmosphere and wonderful service from everyone from the bellman, the room attendant, front desk clerk to the barista at the coffee shop was exceptionally nice and helpful.

Im a dj and travel frequently, this hotel fits the needs that any traveler would want. Thats why i am writing this review, also recently found out other famous bands use it as well, i recommend getting the fiesta rewards, with the 14th floor reward amenities, the. Restaurant as well, the bar, the gym, spa, the most important is the great customer service!!!! Price is very reasonable for all the perks giving with the stay!! We stood there one day,! We left town and came back to the city,,! There was no need to look else were, booked another two nights for the second stay in the city within the same week.!!! Lots of things to do, eat, entertainment!!!!! Within walking, or short driving distance!!!!
