Excellent service although when I checked in there was no mention of an Expedia Elite access benefit. They did however offer an upgrade to a larger room and breakfast for two which I paid. It was well worth it. The breakfast is $35 per person but absolutely something to do. It’s one of the best buffets I’ve ever had with constant servers asking how they can help. The food options were enormous and all the plates delicious.

Excellent location, super friendly staff and was able to take advantage of early check-in at 12pm and late check out at 3pm with VIP Expedia perks at no extra charge. Location is very walkable to excellent dining options. Do need to take a cab or Uber to the cathedral or historic part of town, but that is not a problem. Would stay here again.

The hotel was very well kept and beautiful. The staff was very professional and very responsive to every request. Definitely would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent service
This was my first time to Guadalajara and this hotel really made me feel at home. The service was great, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone headed out there. I’ll definitely be staying there again!

My favorite choice everytime.
Excellent as always. This hotel is my favorite in all Guadalajara, service is impeccable rooms are flawless will always come back. Lots of restaurants walking distance.
