If you are going to the CAS and for one night is perfectly fine. More, I will really think about it. The property need lots on maintenance and the room doors a little more privacy and safety.

The Pros: Staff was nice. I enjoyed drinking the complimentary coffee and sitting outside at one of the gathering areas. The cons: loud dog in property next door barked all night. Also the room a/c made loud cracking sounds. Needless to say, I got NO sleep. Also the room door didn’t have a deadbolt , only a cheep door knob that anyone could easily pop with a screwdriver. Made me really hesitant to leave my stuff in the room when I went out for the day. Price was right, would consider staying again.

Good location and service
If you are looking for location at a reasonable price this is the place you should book. The room was clean but they don't offer a safety box which for me is very important since I don't feel safe leaving my passport, lap top and cash in the room all day. Also, there were cockroaches at the main entrance when we arrived (outside the hotel, not inside) which I told the guy at reception. He said that they've been fumigating a lot but that it was really hard to get rid of them. He then guaranteed that I wouldn't find any inside the hotel. I was very skeptical and found that hard to believe but fortunately I didn't see one single cockroach inside the hotel. There is a small restaurant next to the hotel that serves really good breakfast, that was very convenient!

not recomendable to stay ,
the comfort of the room was deporable, the drainage in the restroon was so bad and poor maintennce of the rooms was evident , same case in all the hotel. the photos in the page looks totally different in the reality

QUICK BUSINESS TRIP
I only stayed ne night, the hotel is comfortable, great neighborhood. An inexpensive breakfast is available on site.

Very small room
The room was very small, only 1 reading light (in a room for 2), a very inconvenient step between bathroom and bedroom, ipon bars at hotel main entrance. Neverthrless, staff was very kind and the decoration had a good intention to produce a cozy atmosphere

Para empezar, la publicidad de Expedia es engañosa, aparecen camas matrimoniales en la publicidad de la reservación y escrito, viene cama individual, el lugar es viejo y con mal mantenimiento, las ventanas se están cayendo, el baño tiene una jabonera de metal oxidado que se cae a pedazos, tapaderas en las coladeras para los malos olores, no funcionan dotas las luces, una total descepción de lugar.
