Siempre que voy a Gdl trato de hospedarme aqui, sin embargo esta última estadía tuve una terrible experiencia con el chico de barra del bar por la noche, super grosero e indiferente a los huéspedes, una situación que gerencia está enterada y no hacen nada al respecto… las palabras textuales fueron “ya sabemos de la situación, él da favoritismo a los huéspedes que le dejan propina”. Digo, el haberle preguntado algo no creo que que necesitara propina, perp si me llevé sus groserías.

The property is clean and nice inside, but customer service is horrible, front desk never answers , in the night time there’s literally no one in front desk, security is not so good because front desk is alone a lot in night time, you can’t get a hold of no one on the phone, I needed towels and never got them never got an answer, one day we did not have electricity from 10-4 pm , I would never stay here again..👎

Buena habitación, tamaño adecuado y bonito diseño. Fuimos a un evento en el Teatro Galerías así que fue una gran ubicación.

Terrible pillows
My wife called and asked the front desk for pillows
We waited approximately 1 1/2 hours
So I called down and the phone rang and rang and rang
We stayed there Saturday night we packed and left
When I finally talk to the front desk he said there is no pillows available
The warehouse for pillows was locked

This hotel is good only if your staying for one night because it's close to the airport. But if you're staying more days I don't recommend, the beds are hard and the pillows to thin and small. I stayed for two nights because our flight was cancelled and I woke up with my back and body sore. Not comfortable at all.

The service was amazing the room was really clean hotel will catch however the bathroom is really close to the bed and the door doesn’t slide closed all the way other than that it was an amazing stay for a great price

We checked in super late with ease. The front desk staff were super kind and helpful, offering many different suggestions for shopping and food (easy since it's right next to plaza del sol). The location is very convenient if you are needing to be in Zapopan or the Expo. The rooms were clean and comfy, beds and pillows were very nice. The bathroom, while a bit tiny, was spotless and had a very nice shower. We didn't need to use the TV or Fridge, but the Iron was nice as I had to press some shirts. Fitness facilities were above average but needed a bit more attention on the cleaning, however totally suitable for a quick workout. We had breakfast both days we were there and it was average, but a fair price. I would definitely stay there again, great value for the price.
