“Hotel Seegarten in Grünheide, oostelijk Berlijn, landelijk aan Peetzsee.”

Aantrekkelijk natuurgebied, iets oostelijk van Berlijn, aan klein meer in bosomgeving. Rustig gelegen. Treinstation (Fangschleusse) op 1,5 km met 1x/uur verbinding met Berlijn. Veel treinverbindingen vanaf Erkner op ca 5 km. Wat ouderwets hotelgebouw met veel stijlherinneringen aan DDR-tijd. Helft kamers kijkt uit op tuin en meer, andere helft op niet onderhouden bos. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Prima gelegen voor stadsbezoek Berlijn; aantrekkelijke omgeving om te fietsen en/of voor autotochten door lichtgolvend heuvelland van oosten Brandenburg.

“Das Hotel Seegarten mitten im Grünen”

Wir hatten das Hotel nur für eine Nacht reserviert, weil eine Freundin, die unweit dieses Hotels feierte, eine Geburtstagsfeier gab. Zu diesem Zweck war es vollkommen ausreichend. Das Zimmer war ok. Kleiner Röhrenfernseher in Zimmer 217 mit Balkon. Diesen jedoch hätte man auch mal säubern können. Spinnweben, abgeplatzte Farbe, Zigarettenkippen vom Vorgänger. Das muss nicht sein. Etwas Farbe, einmal ausgefegt, schön sähe alles etwas freundlicher aus. Aber gut, wir haben eh nicht abends romatisch auf dem Balkon gesessen und Wein getrunken. War auch nur ein Plastikstuhl vorhanden. Gut war das Gaze Fenster (Insektenschutznetz). So konnte man auch nachts das Fenster auf lassen. Ausreichend war auch das Badezimmer. Ich war überrascht über die großzügige Ablagefläche li.+re. vom Waschbecken. Gerade für Frauen ein Traum. Das Personal war freundlich und nett. Das Frühstück auch ok. Ich habe mich nur gefragt, was Eiersalat und Kartoffelsalat auf der Seite von den Süßspeisen gemacht hat. Diese standen zwischen roter Grütze, Naturjoghurt und Quark??? Ansonsten können wir das Hotel für diese Zwecke mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Wahrscheinlich reicht es auch für eine Woche, denn die Umgebung von Grünheide mit den vielen Seen ist schon schön. Parkplätze vor der Tür sind auch vorhanden. Hotel liegt direkt an einer Dorfstrasse. Wir hatten unser Zimmer aber hinten raus. Gibt es überhaupt Zimmer zur Straße? Ich weiss es nicht.

Area recommendations
Die Wälder und Seen rundum Grünheide sind einen Ausflug wert.

Im Sommer auf alle Fälle Mückenschutzmittel und auf die Zecken aufpassen!
