Second time at this hotel. Very good place
Staff is helpful. We came in very late two nights and the desk clerk had to let us in the front door, but she was very understanding.

First rate hotel....great value...the room was fantastic...the services were great and thew staff were more than helpful.

Better sleep in your car than this place
I did not expect much but it was even less. This hotel is a shame for the name hotel and service. There are always things that are satisfied and seems OK but if I go somewhere where I have to pay for than everything should be OK. The management is not able to motivate any of the staff memebers and the all of the lobby staff should be replaced at once. Disrespectfull persons that only try to hold on as long as the season will take. I am not gona spend much time by telling what is wrong about this place because it is a waste of time. My advise, there are much better places for the same amount of money or less in the same area and you should go there if you respect yourself. Better sleep in the car than this filthy place.

Good hotel for the price
Stayed in this hotel for two nights in May. Mostly the hotel is ok. About one km from railway station. The only complaints I have are related to sound insulation and shower (the room door was about 1 cm thick whereas the bathroom door was about 4 cm thick...). Breakfast was not the best I've had but not the worst either. Staff is helpful.

Wonderful Experience
I don't know why this is only a 3 star Hotel, the staff where so warm and friendly and helpful, much better than some of the more expensive larger hotels. Rustic, quaint warm large rooms really added to the whole Italian country experience. We loved this Hotel and would recommend it to everyone who want to capture a real taste of Italian hospitality. Thank You so much and we'll be back!! Next time we'll stay longer I hope!

La struttura si trova a due passi dal centro della città, ma è una struttura un po' vecchiotta, soprattutto la stanze al 4 piano, trovata sporca e indecente. Per fortuna il personale è stato gentile e disponibile alla nostra richiesta di cambiare stanze. La colazione è ottima

Personale gentile,pulizia sufficiente acqua in bagno poco regolabile, solo calda o caldissima sia in doccia che lavabo,siamo in piena estate con 40 ,gradi... Nn si può fare docce bollenti,anche per le bimbe molto scomodo

Molto gradevole la colazione in giardino con il nostro piccolo cane. Personale molto gentile. Pulizia e stanza spazionsa. Sul balcone i due condizionatori (1 della camera accanto) sono troppo rumorosi. Idem per scarichi e tubature in bagno. Nonostante abbiamo rispettato le direttive per il risparmio ecologico, gli asciugamano sono stati cambiati giornalmente.

Hotel appena sufficiente per passarci una notte di passaggio - A prezzo per altro non modico - camera molto basic arredi vecchi porta del bagno che cigola fastidiosamente -asciugamani inspiegabilmente forniti per una sola persona - frigobar fornito ma trovato spento - letto comodo - colazione scarsa in termini sia di scelta sia di qualità - per lo più tutti confezionato si salva la brioche fresca di buona qualità

Stanza anni 70, sporca e non curata. Arredi rovinati e odore sgradevole. Bagno piccolissimo e scomodo. Doccia che mixa quantità e temperatura dell’acqua a piacimento ogni 3 secondi. Letti comodi. Il condizionatore è un reperto archeologico posizionato sui letti e riguardo al rumore, vi lascio immaginare. Insomma,esperienza al limite del surreale

Camera ampia così come il bagno, tutto pulito e personale cordiale e disponibile. La struttura ha i suoi anni, qualcosina andrebbe rinnovato ma tutto sommato va bene. Vengono rispettate le regole di sicurezza per il Covid, non benissimo la colazione (Forse in questo periodo non si può fare diversamente)

Ho soggiornata a Grosseto per lavoro e la scelta dell'albergo Sanlorenzo è stata una buona scelta, il personale è stato molto cortese e le condizioni generali dell'Albergo sono risultate molto confortevoli. Ottima la pulizia ed i servizi generali

Buon albergo a due passi dal centro storico.

Очень даже хороший отель.
Вполне нормальный для Италии завтрак: без горячих блюд, зато с теплыми круассанами и в вкуснейшим капучино. Также фрукты, фруктовые пюре (!), йогурты, мюсли, живой сок и пр. До старого города - несколько минут пешком. Кстати: очень классная была пицца в ресторане на центральной площади (на фасаде ресторана - не видно, что там есть пицца), отличное вино и совсем не дорого. Мигрантов - не видели)

Doskonała lokalizacja obiektu, bardzo blisko ścisłego centrum, jedyny mankament to brak parkingu (nam akurat udało się znaleźć bezpłatne miejsce na pobliskiej ulicy, ale to był szczęśliwy przypadek...)

Nur ein kurzer Aufenthalt in Grosseto.
Nur ein kurzer Aufenthalt in Grosseto. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, der Service gut. Es liegt in kurzer Distanz zum Stadtkern und die Fußgängerzone kann schnell erreicht werden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super, wenn man auf den "großen Luxus" in seinem Zimmer verzichten kann. Ein gutes Bett, ein sauberes Zimmer und guter Service. Passt! Gerne wieder! Einziger Minuspunkt, ist die Klimaanlage, welche in unserem Zimmer leider direkt auf das Bett geblasen hat.
