The beds were comfortable and the room felt very clean. It was nice to have the balcony feature and lots of trees. Hotel was quiet and I really appreciated the Crabtree and Evelyn soap - it reminded me of a Hilton stay in England. Classy!

There were no handicap parking spaces near the entrance. Also no mirrors in the room…only in the bathroom. We had 3 women trying to get ready for dinner and drinks. A mirror in the room would have helped a lot.

Brown water came out of bathtub. Not enough regular coffee and creamers. Needed extra wash clothes. No alarm clock. No microwave.

Great place to stay
We were there for a 50th anniversary party in the ball room. We had a great stay, it was peaceful,and quiet. It was a little pricey I thought, but all in all we had a great stay.

Prepay breakfast was very worth it... It's literally half the normal cost ! Everything was very impressive ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very nice large walk-in showers too.

Front desk, restaurant, bar and housekeeping staff were great. Hotel and most important the room was clean and up to date. Benefit of a bar for the night football game and onsite restaurant that is open late. The breakfast buffet is not the grab and go or room temperature items on a paper plate. It was a true buffet as though in a restaurant with hot and cold items and made to order omelettes. A good weekend breakfast away from crowds if you live in the area. Another secret for other “staycationers” or Girls Night is the White Orchid Day Spa that is 2 minutes away. Free parking is also a bonus.

Sadly, my daughter left her baby lovey in the bed. When I called the day of check out, they were friendly, but it did not seem like anyone tried very hard to help me get it back. If you’re a parent with a kid with a keepsake like that, you know how hard it is on that little one when they lose it. Sad that nobody seem to care enough to try to help. I’m sure it’s there Somewhere. The place was packed, and they were understaffed. Took forever for everything, servers are friendly, but over worked so everything was super slow.

Check in and out was easy. The rooms were pricey but I think worth it. After I booked through expedia and got a little savings I looked on rhe hotels website. There I noticed I had a free breakfast. The next morning I ask the front desk about it and was told with my reservation I did not get one. No where was I told that. I had 4 other people with me expecting a free breakfast also. Our only option was to pay 22 dollars per person to get the buffet.

Room wasn’t ready, not enough towels, gross food!
Check-im was supposed to be at 4, yet they didn’t have rooms available until 6. We had plans so this made us late! Also, our reservation was for 4 and there were only 2 towels provided. When we called to ask for 2 more towels, they said there weren’t any & gave no timeline to remedy the situation. Also, the breakfast was nowhere near the quality expected for the price! If I’m paying $22 per adult, then I shouldn’t have to share a bowl jelly/syrup with others ~ GROSS!!

Nice hotel, but didnt have the room we booked ava.
When checking in, we were informed that they had over booked and didn't have a room available for our selected room( 2 queens),we were given a king upgraded room and my teenage had to sleep on a small sofa in the room. We were also informed all of their roll away beds where taken. Very frustrating when we booked in advance. Hotel was clean and staff was as helpful to the best of their abilities.

Beautiful hotel and surroundings. I saw deer each day right next to the parking lot. The hotel was clean and well- maintained. I wish I would've asked about breakfast, or was informed at the front desk at check in about breakfast because I think they had a nice place to eat but I was busy and didn't venture over until the last day when I went looking for coffee. There is no coffee in the lobby or breakfast area for guests. Usually hotels have water and coffee accessible at all hours but at 10:45 am I thought for sure they'd have coffee. I asked just in case and they said no there was not coffee. I thought that was strange.

Only stayed at this hotel for one night but really loved all it had to offer! The hotel was SOOO CLEAN and the staff were so nice to me and my partner. The pool could use some maintenance but overall had a great time. The gym looked new and had its own racketball court. Would definitely stay here again, the only thing I could possibly complain about is the distance from the airport. But I still had a great time staying here and ubering to nearby places!

I asked for room cleaning twice during my stay: once at check-in and again midway through my 5-night stay when it was clear they hadn't made up my room yet ... my room was never serviced for the 5 nights, no towels, no soap, no coffee, nothing at all, DESPITE my two requests. Disappointing.

Our fridge was not available. The front desk said there was suppose to be one. The floor was dirty, rocks or gravel all over it. No complimentary coffee in room. The worst Hilton I have stayed in.

Good, but needs another mirror!
Really good overall. My one criticism of the room design is that there is only one mirror (in the bathroom); makes it hard for two people to get ready at the same time.
