Pros: Presentation was good and very friendly staff.
Cons: communication from the staff after heavy rain the toilet, shower and hand basin wouldn't empty. after we told them they said it always does this.
accommodation all right but restaurant let it down. Waited 1hr for dinner after ordering then they got one meal wrong. They gave us a free drink each then gave us a free meal for there mistake. Vegetables were cold when they arrived.

Reasonably priced value in Melbourne

Great place to stay. Close to free trolley. A stones throw from farmers market. Very clean, staff was more than helpful. The only disadvantage is that if you are looking for someplace other than the hotel to eat oriental food was about all you could find within close proximity. The pricing was great. Paid various rates from $115 to $130 US over 3 days. Breakfast at the hotel was fantastic!

Room situated road front and across road railway line. Was told parking outside room but not enough room. Entrance looks great. As hot needed windows open but really noisy. May be better in other rooms. Amenities in room good except needed air con to close window. Staff were good.

Good for over stop

Posted 10-Jan-2015
Pros: The cooked breakfast was really large and freshly cooked ,it was enjoyable If you are on a budget it maybe the hotel for you
Cons: The beds are starting to show their age , the pillows what can i say they where very flat giving no support to you head
Location: The hotel was situated on the main road coming into town , the centre of the town was with in driving distance of the hotel
I needed a over night stop looking for a budget hotel close to everything that had a restaurant with in the building this hotel covered all these aspects , the staff where very help full

Hotel is ok to spend one night.

We checked in early and got a downgrade because our room was not clean yet. When we got to our room we realized there were plenty of clean rooms such as the one we had booked. We didn't complain since the room they gave us was the farthest from the cemetery next to the hotel.
