“100% Satisfied”

The resort had everything you could need for a relaxing holiday, located right by the beach and a private pool. Theres lots to do, even a TV lounge for kids. Staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. I would definately recommend this to every-one. You would not be disappointed!

“Very Impressed”

Seven ladies and myself were at the hotel last weekend and we had a fantastic vacation. The hotel was beautiful and extremly clean. The staff at the Grenadian were very hospitable and friendly. I would recommend this hotel for your next vacation. The beach was georgeous and the food delicious.

“Peaceful and calm haven”

Excellent hotel with essentially its own private beach, which is only shared by the Aquarium Restaurant and Bar. The hotel is spacious with extensive gardens and lakes. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and clean and most importantly air conditioned. The sea view rooms are worth the extra. All inclusive was good value with breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner included!! Good quality drinks throughout the day. One disappointment was there was nowhere to have afterdinner drinks by the beach/sea. Hotel was in a good position to explore the island and its proximity to the airport was not a problem as it was not busy. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel has its own taxis and you can organise your own sightseeing trips with them.

“Couldn't ask for more”

My wife and I took a short vacation to relax after a hectic period. We arrived at the Rex in Grenada on 12th October and left on 16th October. It was the most relaxing week we've had in a long time. Our first surprise was the proximity of the hotel to the airport- just five minutes by car. (I should note here that in spite of the closeness to the airport you are not disturbed by frequent jet noise) We were checked in quite efficiently and we were given a fantastic room with a beach front view. (Heaven on earth). The room had a large double bed, toilet and bath, TV, air condition, balcony overlooking the beach front. The hotel grounds are spacious with well manicured undulating lawns, a lake, clustered trees and shrubs, a swwimming pool ... first class surroundings. But the best was yet to come! Yes, the food! This was absolutely delicious. Every single meal was special and one often had to say "This is the best .... I've ever had". The chefs really have a good thing going. But in addition to the great food we were really pleased wtih the very friendly staff at the restaurant. Not just 'how was your meal?' politeness but they engageg you in pleasant light friendly conversation. The experience at the Rex really exceeded our expectation. You can't go wrong choosing Rex.

“Just gets better!”

We have just returned from our 6th stay at the Rex. Every year there is evidence of the upgrading of the facility. We can't wait until our next visit.

“Lovely and Relaxing”

We were served cold drinks and given a ride to our room. My boyfriend and I stayed at the beachfront view suite and loved it! Upon checkin, we were treated so well. You should decide what is more important though - the view or being closer to everything else that the hotel has to offer such as the dining area, the bars, and the pool. All of those things are a walk from the beachfront rooms. I would not push for beachfront because we did not spend any time indoors to enjoy the views. The best thing about beachfront though, was the sound of the waves 24/7. I loved falling asleep to it. The beach is nice but nothing impressive. There are too many rocks and shells. We traveled out to Grand Anse beach because it is amazing! The all-inclusive option is definitely worth having because food in Grenada is relatively costly. The tap water didn't make either of us sick and the hotel food has something for everyone for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We loved it! The poolside bar is GREAT and the view from that bar is breathtaking. The worst of the hotel was their lack of water availability. Grenada had a water shortage warning so the hotel did its part by shutting down the water. Hopefully that wont be a problem for the rest of you.
