Red roof Inn, no ... Hell Roof Inn.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was a roach crawling on the ceiling. The water pressure in the shower was very very poor. They allowed people to stand outside the rooms and smoke. This allowed for cigarette smoke to get into the rooms. This affected my asthma. When I said something about it the manager told me it was not his problem. I asked to check out early and was told I would still have to pay for the remaining nights. No refunds. Worst hotel I have ever been in. A book this room with hotels.com and hotels.com would not help me get my money back for the additional nights I had rented the room for. Hotels.com said they called the manager and talk to him. The manager told me they never called but hotels.com told me they had him recorded and what his name was. The manager will lied to me. I would sleep on the street before I would ever stay at this hotel again. If you want to be disrespected, treated badly and have the worst accommodations possible, then stay here.

Signage Was Bad, Otherwise Okay
The room, condition, and cleanliness were all fine. Signage was quite bad. Access was down an unmarked street (across from "76" gas station) that I missed in the dark. The tiny office had one sign, hanging down, that I missed and drove all around the buildings. Then the directions to my room ("next building") were poor, and I walked around the whole place until I found it. A simple diagram posted in the office would help immensely.

at check in did not have enjoy keys to give me 2 keys for my room; room 143 was poor quality and furniture items looking old and tiredl sheets are paper thin and only 1 soap packet for bath and wash basin; no sitting chair for desk use

Checked in afternoon after long drive , the next morning went to shower and no hot water in shower, hot water in sink, complained in the am around 8 went out for the day didn’t return until about 9pm went to shower still no hot water, went to desk to complain again, told me I wasn’t turning it on right, came to c/m, himself and there was not any hot water, duh, he came back about 20 minutes later with a key to another room told me I could shower there, went to check out in the morning and was told the desk clerk couldn’t do anything, about refund or something, I stay at red roof a lot will make me reconsider ty, J S
