“my Greenville hotel”

I think this hotel has some of the best beds of any hotle I've ever been in. I love that they accept pets for a nominal fee that doesn't break the bank and they were very helpful in helping us find towels and wash cloths over thanksgiving when the front office was closed. We've stayed there twice now and that is probably where we will stay every time I return to Greenville.

“If you want a no frills hotel with a good location in Greenville NC, stay here”

My family of 4 stayed in room 124. It is your basic no frills room with a small kitchen. We needed this room as it was the only one available for a reasonable price that had 2 queen beds. The room had a noisy and ineffective air conditioning unit. The room was too warm and we needed any cooling we could get so we left the AC unit on. We arrived after the attendant left for the evening. Her instructions for entry to the hotel and access to the room information and room keys worked well.

“Bare Bones”

Hometowns Suites Greenville was not a suite, but an efficiency room. I encountered a wasp and crickets. The bed was comfortable, but the armchair was blown out, no springs. It was a decent value for the price, but don't expect anything special. The room smelled like someone had been frying fish. The office staff as friendly. The housekeeping staff was not friendly. The location was good for getting around town. It was nothing fancy, but a decent value.

“Got what I paid for”

I was in town with my daughter for freshman orientation. This location is not too far away from campus - pretty convenient. The rate was great. My biggest complaint was that I asked for a non-smoking room and our room reeked of smoke. It was awful. The room was also a bit run down and dirty - ummmm a good thorough dusting and cleaning would have done wonders for the room. The maids dropped off clean towels, which I was thankful for, but didn't even bother to make the beds or hang the clean towels up. The beds were pretty comfortable and the pillows were great. If they cleaned up a bit, got rid of the awful smell, and did some minor renovations this place would be great. Bottom line - I got what I paid for.

“First Time and Satisfied”

The crib I requested when I made the reservation room was in the room at check-in, which should be expected. However, I've stayed in more well known hotel chains where I had to make an additional request. The staff was very courteous, and the guy at the front desk completed the check-in very quickly, which I appreciated given two young children who were well past their bedtime.

“Taken By Surprise...”

I was expecting a little "winky-dink" place, that was a little "run-down" feeling. I was surprised! This place was great! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone traveling with pets.

Good price, clean and spacious rooms. Great location!
