We had never been to Greenville. We arrived at the hotel and I ask to see the room first. The room was very clean and the manager was very nice in showing us the room. He didn't act like he was upset that I had ask to see the room first. Our stay was quiet and comfortable!!!
I needed a few things which I forgot to pack and naturally the staff gave me what I needed. I asked for directions several times while i was there and the directions they gave me were right on time. The staff was very courteous and informative. We have stayed at this hotel several times on our trips to Kinston and will continue to stay. We even have family in the area and still choose to stay here, thats saying something of the hotel, and staff and lets not forget the delicious breakfast.
We had the suite with a bedroom, and that plus a roll away bed meant space for us and our kids, and 2 tvs. It's more of an extended stay type set up, but that was fine for us - who really needs new towels every morning? You can ask for them they just don't service your room every morning like a normal hotel. Loved the fridge/stove option and overall space
I was very pleased with my room during my 6 day stay and how it was cleaned for me every day with fresh bedding and towels (when needed.) The complimentary breakfast was better than it should have been and I ate more than I was planning to. The receptionist did all the work for me in getting my next plane boarding pass printed (which was very appreciated).
I was a guest for 3 nights and my stay was excellent from beginning to end. I got checked in quickly, by a very friendly guy who was very knowledgeable about his job as well as general info about the area. I had a few minor problems with my room and he immediately addressed and resolved them. I'm handicapped and confined to a wheelchair and everything in this hotel accommodated my needs. The only setbacks were that my room was never cleaned during my stay. I'm not sure if that was my fault because I never requested it but I didn't know I had too. I did manage to get clean towels and I'm not a messy person so it wasn't a big deal for me. The other thing was that my TV went out on my last night and never came back on. I probably needed the rest more anyway but I thought that was odd. Other than that everything was great.
After driving for 14 hours overnight we arrived at 9:30am at the hotel.. After explaining to the front desk that we were exhausted and would like an early check-in they were wonderful and got us our room!! Definitely would stay there again!!
