Room was not what I'd booked and paid for but front desk clerk helped make it better. I'd reserved a room with a King bed and fold out sofa. There was only a king bed and small chair. They did bring us a cot. Also, coffee maker had old coffee pod left in it and the bathroom had hair in drain.

Staff was rude when I asked for my key to be reprogramed after not even one day of being at the hotel. They acted as if it bothered them for me to ask while they were on a personal call. I also checked in with a pet, even asked about checking in with a pet regarding a pet deposit and no mention of it not being allowed was told to me until the next day. We were advised that they do not allow pets but I was able to check in with a pet. I was so confused. They were rude telling me that there was no way my pet was a service dog when I never claimed it to be. I inquired as to why I was able to check in with her and no mention of not a pet friendly hotel. All the hotels near by were booked out and had no availability so my husband had to cut his stay with me short and leave to take the dog back home. I completely understand no pet rules but don't allow me to check in with a pet and then it is a problem the next day when a new staff member comes in. She was never left in the room by herself when we were at the hotel. My pet is a small english bulldog just for reference. The overall rooms were ok not. the best but for the price point it was ok. The breakfast set up was cold cereal and a waffle maker - very little to choose from for breakfast.

Front desk staff were friendly. It was Ok , clean enough . But old and everything was in need of repair , toilet and seat were loose and rocking , towel bar was about to fall off , shower bath fixtures loose . And even though it was a non smoking wing it smelled like people were smoking in their rooms . Housekeeping staff were obnoxious, started knocking on my door before 9 am and continued every 20-30 mins until I checked out .

It was an okay stay
It was a getaway weekend for me to see and enjoy my Godson's birthday weekend. The only problem I had was I had to call down for the password, though the website said Continental breakfast just let your guest know the times at least

People in the room next store to our room was loud and we didn’t sleep at all on our first night and we stay often there. Wasn’t offered any discounts or anything. I hope the manager sees we are staying again next week and offers something.

Cable TV did not work (could get only 4 channels) during my entire stay. Furnishings were adequate but could use updating, especially the bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My stay was to hunt in the area which involved early morning start and the nightshift clerk, Naomi, was just outstanding!

It is clear that they are working to freshen and update the property interiors. It seems the main lobby, dining area, and bedrooms are in very good order. The bathrooms could use some help,,, but they are clean.

Overall the stay was pleasant and the front desk was very friendly. However, the room we stayed in was not so good. The lights were all dim, you couldn't adjust the fan, the water pressure if the sink was really low, and worse of all the shower was working. The knob would not pull out and it just spun around. Luckily, we were only stayed the night.

First of all the overnight took care of me and my husband she said we have to pay $123.00 for a 5 hours we ther for a funeral when eight clock am she changed shift the women who came on call the room an told us that we had to by 11am but she give us till 12 then we have to pay again an there were bugs so nomore

The sign out front stated something like "make it quality." This was not. Usually Quality Inn provides nice basic accommodations. The place really needed some work. It made us wonder when we arrived late the doors were locked and even though the night clerk was right at the front desk, we stood outside waiting for at least 5 minutes just to get into the door. Makes one concerned right from the start. In the room out bathroom sink didn't drain. There was mold around the tub and the wall was rotting out but was covered up to some extent with a lot of caulking but poorly done at that. No pool no extra anything even the breakfast was put out frozen solid and then you were suppose to warm it up in the microwave. Just needs some extra care.
