“good restaurant”

Hotel had NO ice available for guests..and it was hot....bugs in shower....restaurant was excellent and staff wonderful

“Not Impressed”

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The problems were with the maintenance of the facility. I was not expecting a 4 star hotel, but I expected more from a Days Inn. The security latch on the entrance door was broken off, the sink was damaged and rusting, the bathroom vent/ fan was not working,and the shower curtain rod looked like it was about to fall off the wall. Others who gave this Inn a good review might have had a better maintained room. We were not as lucky. But considering that we were missed by the several Tornadoes in the area that night, we were very lucky.

“Fine stay in Williamston”

Hotel was fine. Staff was pleasant, especially the housekeeping staff. Not a 5-star, but not a bad stay at all either.

“Very Very Impressed...”

I have been a Manager in the customer service business for 15 years,I was very very impressed....It was very clean and the web site picture's are on point. I would highly recommend this hotel.....And my only regret is that I did not get a chance to thank that very nice lady......
