I extended my stay and by the time breakfast at 6 the ladies working the front desk already have me checked in and my key card prepared for me. They are so sweet. Any needs are met with due diligence. Always smiling and working great as a team to come up with ways to make the guests stay a happier more enjoyable experience.

Breakfast was bad . Heating in room was not working properly. Shower has no pressure and it took 12 minutes to heat water which lasted 2 minutes

Worst hotel, extremely poor management!
This was absolutely the worst hotel we have stayed in! The room was disgusting! It was not cleaned at all before we checked in. The furniture and counters were speckled with ashes and dust, the beds dirty with what looked like tobacco flakes or black dirt and the other bed with blood stains, and the carpet was covered in broken plastic pieces, hair and dirt and debris. We complained immediately, but being parents weekend at nearby ECU, everything was sold out and it was already almost midnight. We asked for new sheets and the front desk attendant complied. When he came to the room he noted the extreme filthiness and apologized. He actually wiped down some of the counters himself. And he noted the account about the unclean state of the room. However, the manager never reached out or apologized. When we complained upon checkout, the manager gave an unsympathetic excuse, albeit true, and told us we had the choice to leave if we didn’t like it. Then he walked away and did not care. Absolutely the worst stay ever! We were caught in a tropical storm while there and water was coming in the window. The entire hotel is in disrepair and should be shut down for health code violations. Do not believe the reviews. It is a -10 out of 10 not a 7/8!!

The carpets were so gross you could not remove your shoes, they never gave fresh towels or collected trash. The entire hotel smelled bad and all my belongings smelled also, the cards never worked we would always have to go to the front desk the power went out in the middle of the night

The hotel Wasn’t the worse I’ve ever stayed but the constant smell of illegal substances and cigarettes was horrific…. It’s a non Smoking hotel but where everyone smokes goes right through the vents and into the rooms. My son literally got sick from the smell. If other hotels had availability I would have changed without question

They give a bogus story about the return of incidentals deposit. Took them over a month. Manager lies about it everytime you call. She suddenly closes the pool (that you paid for) at 10 am with another so obviously bogus tale about people throwing glass over the fence at night. Never again will I ever stay at Quality Inn

Hotel needs to be smoke free!!
This hotel was not good at all dirty lines, dirty pillow cases. The hotel smelled like stright smoke. This hotel should be a smoke a free, because people suffer from asthma.

Nice and clean with an extra large bathroom. Parking is limited and tight stalls. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Plumbing and decor updates extremely needed. My room had a wet mildew smell, Second room was better, AC unit wasn’t up to date, water stains visible, missing coffee pot, staff was ok but young. Breakfast bar was a 1/10 and upon reading could possibly be charged for those items. Send this location some remodeling reconstruction help!!

The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were also uncomfortable and small. It needed a good painting in the bathroom. The price was good and the staff were super friendly.

The location was very good but the motel is very dated. The room was clean but there was no elevator to the 2nd floor. The shower only had like warm water when we left at 6am because they reduce the heater overnight and it takes time to get hot again. The tv picture was dark and reception for direct tv was poor

Really Unpleased!
Location was exceptional! But if you wanted anything, that was an excellent plus, because literally half of the advertised amenities were unavailable! This was undisclosed as well! In my opinion, consumers should be made AWARE of these issues upon booking... upon arrival at the latest... when requesting a "damage deposit fee"- there was AMPLE time, in my opinion to state: "the gym is unavailable, none of our vending machines work, the juice machine is out of service for breakfast, and there are only a couple of options available for breakfast, meaning it's not the 'typical' simple optional breakfast expected from a Quality Inn." As a Paying Consumer, I feel as though there should have been the option given to remain after this disclose or find another dwelling... but there WAS no disclosure. No discount. In fact, there was a unrecognized fee in which I did not sign for. The addition non refundable fee I signed for, was a complete different amount in which I signed for after it was explained to me.
