Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was much bigger than anticipated. Great place to stay. The breakfast had numerous selections and was also very nice.

Don’t stay unless you want to go to the front desk 4 times per day because your key doesn’t work. Room service would try to just come in regardless of the sign on the door.

I booked this on expedia and specifically chose this property because it is listed as "pet-friendly". When I arrived, I was charged a very hefty fee for having a pet. I showed them that the expedia site did not indicate a fee, or anything that indicated that having a pet would create any special circumstances. The response I got from the front desk was, "well I wouldn't book through expedia again". If Best Western isn't going to honor the terms they market on expedia, then they are the ones that shouldn't be booking customers through expedia. One other comment, the room doors allow a lot of sound through. Noisy neighboring guests made sleeping really challenging. And better lighting would be nice. There are only table lamps and they are dim.

Room cards failed twice in 4 nights. Wrong number of nights entered twice. Bed linens not changed along with no fresh towels one nite. Very disappointed in this hotel.

I'd stay here even if it wasn't so convenient
This is just about the only hotel on the east side of town, but I'd stay here even if if weren't as convenient as it is. The hotel was clean and quiet, our room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay
Derrick, the gentleman at the front desk, was very helpful, professional, and courteous. The breakfast was awesome! My daughters loved the waffles. The housekeeping ladies were very friendly. We will certainly be back.

Great Stay at Best Western!
We were in town for the ECU/Tulane football game on November 4th. We reserved an Aqua Suite. We met Elizabeth at the front desk and Hilda in charge of housekeeping. They could not have been any nicer and allowed us to check in early. Our suite was very clean and the layout was awesome. The hotel is really close to everything in Greenville! Breakfast was provided and was really good. We saw Hilda and Elizabeth again when we checked out and they thanked us for staying with them. They gave me a king bed instead of 2 queen beds and said that’s all they had left?! The room had no shower curtains in the bathroom and the room had no blankets?! They also refused to give me a receipt at checkout and claimed I owed an additional $157 even though I paid $470 already for just 2 nights.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. And the breakfast options were EXCELLENT. We got in late and they called to see when we’d arrive to have the key ready - and there was fresh coffee at 11pm. I’m thankful.
