Towels in the room weren’t clean, they had hairs and colored stains (yellow and black). Went to get out of the shower and none of the towels or wash clothes were clean. Check-in was great though, he was very helpful!

Stay was a mixed bag. Location was convenient. Room reserved was no longer available when I checked in but was upgraded to another room. Shower was out of soap and was replaced next day. Sink drain slow and clogged . Toilet also required multiple flushes.

When we got checked in, went to our room, pulled the sheets back and there was a vibrator, yes, the kind you’re thinking of. Went right back down to the desk, she gave us a new room, we went to the new room, the keys don’t work, back to the desk again, she said some room keys haven’t been working so every time we need to be let in we have to tell the front desk and someone would walk to our room to let us in….she comes ANd lets us in and the lights switches don’t work, no lights… she fumbles in the dark until she finds a lamp that turns on. Only one bed lamp worked, the radiator cover was broken off in the front. Lets just say it was a terrible experience! The lady at the desk was so kind and did what she could but this was awful!!! If i hadnt paid through expedia I would have asked for a refund!!! I do have pictures from both rooms

I have stayed at the Baymont from previous trips down to visit my son and always the service is excellent. And all previous rooms have been wonderful - comfortable, clean. My friends and I booked the suite this time so that each of us had our own bed. Unfortunately, one pillow case was dirty, there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, there was what looked like a cigarette hole in one of the blankets. We got in very late and were leaving the next day so we made due but was very disappointed in the suite. Other rooms I have stayed at were very nice! And the customer service has always been great!

Everything was okay it was my second time staying the first time was perfect the second time wasn’t too good I chose a smoking room the second time and it was full of roaches in the bathroom and the toilet ran all night

Convenient and spacious!
We got the double bedroom suite with the sofa bed. It worked out great! It was spacious enough for my family. The hotel is pet friendly so I brought my Bella along. It’s in a convenient area for where I needed to be that weekend.

I did not stay. I checked in, walked up to the room, there were roaches in the bathroom. I walked out, went to check in and told them I would not and could not stay there. I was given a refund for the full amount. I left and went elsewhere.

When i got to my room it was real late i went to take a shower there was red hair in the shower all over the counter top in the sink . When i pulled the covers back hair was all over the bed and pillows . Thats room was not clean at all

Nice area, easy access and staff was helpful. Only problems were people do not know how to pick up after their pets and the AC unit in 117 is so noisy and cannot be turned off

The bed sheets had cigarettes stains like some burnt two holes on them, the floors were stained with something, the shower had lashes on them it looked like it never was cleaned, counter tops had dust.

Great little hotel
We stay here everytime we go to greenville. Its an inexpensive hotel and nothing extreemly special but its a great location and the staff is absolutely amazing and very friendly.

No facial tissues Dispenser there but motel does not have any. I defrosted refrigerator. Buildup so heavy door would not shut. Shows that staff doesn't look for things like that.
