This is an exquisite property. It surpassed expectations. I’m a hotel snob and it takes a lot to impress me and I LOVED THIS HOTEL!! Customer service was excellent! And the restaurant PrintWorks was incredibly good!! Five stars all the way!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my first stay at the Proximity. I’ve eaten at the on site restaurant, Printworks, but had never been inside the actual hotel. When I arrived I noticed the grounds were clean as well as the common areas of the hotel. The staff members were super friendly and willing to help. The decor was well done. It had an industrial ambiance. I booked a corner king. The view was amazing. The water temperature and pressure of the shower were on point! My only complaints would be the comfort of the bed. The mattress was somewhat lumpy and felt worn. The room was clean but housekeeping missed a spilled bottle of shampoo in the shower. The AC/heating unit was extremely loud. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and relaxing. The service level matches the cost of the room but the comfort of the bed did not!

Overall this hotel is amazing! It is well maintained and original. The attached restaurant is great. The rooms are very stylish and roomy and the Aveda toiletries are a nice touch. I was very much on the 5 star track. Then I got on the bed. We had a two queen room and both of the mattresses had seen better days. It was bad enough that my daughter and I (who shared a bed) kept sliding into each other making for a restless night.

Nice accommodations. Very professional staff and service along with great food and dining atmosphere. The only downside I had during my stay were dirty coffee cups in my room from the cleaning crew. I would go again.

The Proximity hotel is a class act. From the cool old school checker cab out front, to the beautiful decor inside, it is a beautiful hotel. And PrintWorks restaurant on premises never disappoints. The room was spotless and had every convenience including a mini fridge and microwave. It was a quiet and romantic stay.
