Pros: Staff at check-in was great, I think her name was Jess. Very kind and informative. Amazing complimentary breakfast, one of the best I’ve had in a while. Super convenient location right of Rt-70, less than a 5 minute walk to shopping and dining. In-room A/C unit works great, and fine water pressure. Cons: My bathroom was infested with ants (at least that’s where I could see them), the linens had some -undesirable- stains, and I could very easily hear all the activities taking place in the room above me. Overall: Except for some of the cleanliness issues (i.e. ants, stains, etc.,) this was a great stay. I just needed a place to sleep for the night after work and this spot got the job done and fed me well the morning after.

AaronI am so sorry to hear about the ants. It has been raining for days and I usually treat the outside around the building, but this is the first I have had a report and did not want to treat in the rain, since will wash off. I can assure you we change all our linens this is a zero tolerance rule. Please next time call the desk so we can show the housekeeper that had that room.Thank you for the nice comments.We appreciate it.

I appreciated the complimentary popcorn, coffee, and access to water and ice. The breakfast was good. The location provided a lot of dining possibilities. The pool area was like a steam room. I didn’t use it. I also found it odd that exterior doors all around the building were not locked in any way.

Thank you for the nice rating.Our pool dehumidifier was down while waiting on the part. We had windows open, maybe someone closed them. It is fixed now so stays around 84 degrees, it needs to be somewhat warm getting out of the water you would appreciate it. Doors are unlocked since we are a total non-smoking building and many go out all night. We are in a very low crime area. If we had issues we would lock them!

ToniseaThe first time you wrote you notice a shell of some kind when packing to leave. Now you are saying you sat in a chair all night. Who would do that, why did you not call the desk immediately? I checked you out and you did not say anything! We checked this room after the first review, NOTHING, We take this very seriously and you saying this will only hurt us, But if it were me I would have taken a picture. I certainly would not sit in a chair all night!

Upon packing up to leave saw what appeared to be bed bug shells. Disgusted immediately left the property. I’ve stayed here before with no issues. Had I checked that bed I NEVER WOULD HAVE STAYED. It was very evident it was NOT CLEANED properly the mattress cover was dirty as well

I checked you out yesterday, I spoke to you while you were at the coffee station, you did not say anything to me at all regarding your room. I just checked this room and we have no issues. There was a small stain that was on the mattress cover that housekeeping did miss.We take pride in our Cleanliness and you stayed all night and did not see anything till you were leaving? I can assure you we strive to maintain our standards of high quality and cleanliness. I apologize if they missed something.

LynnThank you so much for the nice rating and feedback.Believe me we hate that there is a median in the middle of SR9 but this is the Dept. of Transportation and Mayors Idea. You can get a direct turn into our property coming from the Airport on 70 E to exit 104 and south we are on the right

We chose this property because of the ratings on Yelp. Honest this was one of the best properties we've ever stayed in. The staff was super friendly and very helpful and the property was super clean and the pool and hot tub area was amazing. The breakfast was also really really great

This property has been very well taken care of. Tiffany was amazing and so personable. She even called to make sure we were ok since we had a late check in. Will definitely stay here again if needed.

On last morning at hotel, I was sitting in the lobby drinking coffee. Being close to the front desk, I could hear the staff getting ready for the day’s work. They were so pleasant with each other, very refreshing to hear. One employee named Pam even sat down with me for a bit, it was wonderful and so was she! Thanks Pam for your hospitality. ❤️

Overall great stay
Clean hotel with super friendly and kind staff. Good selection for breakfast. The beds were super comfy and they had a nice clean comfortable pool area.

I have stayed at this Super 8 several times and have had a great experience each time. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The pool and hot tub were stocked with towels and easy to use. Its an easy location to get in and out of with many food options nearby.

The hotel is very convenient for everyday emergencies, shopping, groceries, it helped me to stay ahead of the basic challenges in life, it was clean for the most part, it could use more attention to detail when cleaning, maybe some updated plumbing but I enjoyed my stay...

We had driven 11 hours and we welcomed and qickly checked in. We promptly showered and went to bed. We slept great. Breakfast was good with a nice selection.

The room was fine, the staff was very helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was better than what one usually experiences. The only negative was the high level of chlorine smell from the pool and whirlpool. It was so extreme in the whirlpool that it really irritated eyes. It would be nice if it were possible to have a lower chlorine level while still providing safety from bacteria.

MarkThank you so much for the nice rating and feedback.We test daily the ph was a little high so we did lower that. We have to pass the board of health test every week and yes sometimes it gets high after we shock it at closing, so morning is sometimes high midweek.Thank you again
