Great hotel, food and drink prices in line for the area. Absolutely horrible wifi. Couldn't stay connected for more than about 6 minutes no matter what device. Slow when it was connected... Nice huge macs in lobby, one would connect, others had no connection, front desk couldn't help with either problem, but all staff very friendly.
The corridors were not as clean, doors and walls in corridors bit tacky. Lifts were messy as well. Location was good. About 30 minutes drive to the CBD. Close to the shops.
Rooms were clean with good facilities. Staff was very courteous and nice.
No in room breakfast form to place order had to see reception. Also no hair conditioner just a combined body/hair dispenser. The room however was immaculately clean, facilities great, staff very friendly and location to racetrack made for a handy place to stay.
We stayed at the Novotel Sydney Norwest for about 14 days. From the time we walked into the lobby until our departure, we were treated incredibly by their entire staff. Hated to leave! Great breakfasts in their restaurant. Room was a fourth floor balcony room with a view of the Blue Mountains! I can't say enough positive compliments about this hotel.

OK but don't expect too much. Staff are nice. Room inside is comfortable but the outside corridor needs to renovate to improve the image. Shower with sufficient wate pressure and the family room is big enough to place 2 single bed with 1 queen side double bed
