If you book this hotel for the pool, make sure you reserve a pool time before you arrive. There is very limited access to the pool. The rest of the hotel is very nice and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. The facilities were good, but you have to pay to use the pool ( the jacuzzi wasn’t working and the changing rooms are not great ! - no private changing cubicles) . You also have to pay £15.00 to park your car.

The roads around the hotel made it incredibly difficult to to get to. I have never seen so many traffic cones and one way systems.

Immaculate friendly hotel. Didn’t hear a noise on either night we stayed there. The pool facilities are good and towels were provided. It is close to everything.

Slightly dissapointed. 24 room service had one item at 11pm, if we had known that ut eas limited we would have picked up food before returning to the hotel. Seated for breakfast in the morning, no explanation if it was table service, where the buffet was, tea and coffee etc, we were seated and staff walked away Not the service i exoected for this hotel and left disappointed

The hotel rooms are spacious and good value for money. The area around sauchiehall street has gone down hill but it is only a short walk to Buchanan street and also very close to the subway to go to the west end

Overall a good stay for the price we paid, but spa area was very dated and extremely busy both times we visited. Staff were very polite, and there was a good selection at breakfast.

restaurant was good reasonable. Breakfast was good. Just around the corner from many places we wanted to go to. Construction all around. All hotels had this Hot tub and gym were main reason for choosing this hotel and closed early. When people are walking around want hot tub open later. This particular hot tub was not hot and was not available when we returned from our day. Might prefer a B&B without early close next time.

Absolutely beautiful from the minute you step inside. Rooms are well laid out, clean and spacious. Unfortunately the room we got looked over the bins outside so wasn't ideal although not overly bothered. Staff couldn't do enough for us, nothing was too much. My only hope is for more structure at breakfast time, as I was stood around for about 20 minutes waiting for hot food to arrive at the buffet but as soon as it did it was just chaos, no queues and just a free for all which put me off and therefore barely ate anything. Overall a beautiful place to stay. Will definitely be back, maybe minus the breakfast

Disappointing breakfast
The breakfast experiment was disappointing. Not enough staff on duty to replenish cups, plates and food. Guests were standing waiting for things with no room to move. The first row of tables are far too close to the buffet station with people hovering round these tables constantly. The whole breakfast area needs a revamp.

There was an awful noise in our room all night. We had a really poor sleep. It sounded like a drain was draining on and off all night long. My wife and I had a really bad sleep due to this.
