Great Swiss Resort Hotel
Great hotel in central Davos with all the amenities you expect in a swiss resort. It's broken up into three separate buildings and it was a confusing layout at first, but once you learn your way around its fun.

This property was a medieval maze and lovely. It has a great location in the heart of town. The room was spacious with two bathrooms! Nice spa area but we did not see a gym. Overall, I would stay there again!

Unfortunately staff seemed always to busy to attend to guests appropriately. For example. Check in was some what chaotic. I reserved a underground parking space. It was very hard to find as there are no signs to it. The allocated staff person only spoke Italian and was no help at all.

Excellent stay in Davos!
Service was TOP notch! The views are stunning and we had several from our room. The amenities were perfect, nice pool and sauna - needs to be warmer, turndown service, and Swiss chocolates at every turn! CoOp was close for snacks and sundries, and the bar at the hotel is GREAT! Definitely go to La Cave for some cheese fondue! Only caveat of the stay was that when housekeeping calls they knock and walk right in without pause. Definitely come prepare with a fat wallet! However, skiing/snowboarding and drinking are the most bang for your franc. Close to alot in downtown too.

Not great
Stayed Christmas Day till Boxing Day. Room open fire hot, got no sleep. Exposed crack in wall- alpine traditional decor used to hide behind an aging interior. Crazy hotel layout- 3 different boot rooms, of course after visiting the the other two I had to go to reception to ask where my skis and boots had been taken and of course was they were in the 3rd of three boot rooms. Nobody waiter present at the moment I arrived at breakfast (no issue in itself) so I went up to the chef to ask for 2 fried eggs, wow got shouted at by the waiter aparently I am not to do that. We were booked a table at the other Morosani Hotel restaurant where there is an Italian restaurant. Was not so busy, maybe 60% covers utilised. At the beginning we received good service, we ordered the 5 course Christmas day menu. After we ordered wine and completed the first course, our waiter went to serve other tables and left us, we then seemed to have about 5 different waiters, our food took a long time to come, everything slowed down, long delays, our wine and water was kept away from our table but the waiters did not keep us topped up. Was just terrible, terrible bad for CHF350 for a 3 people on Christmas Day. We were seated at the far end of the restaurant where there was no audible music at all. In the main restaurant area you could hear the paino and singer, where we were seated we could hear no music nor singing, only chatter from the full main restaurant area. We felt completely left out.

Great location & facilities; poor staff attitudes.
Well equipped and positioned. Staff were under extreme pressure as the annual WEF meet was underway-understandable but it showed! Sure that would be different at other times making it a good place to return to.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker auch das Service-Personal äusserst aufmerksam, freundliche und professionell. Das Staffing von der Reception war wahnsinnig inkompetent. Angefangen beim Check-in (Keine Begrüssung, Zusage, dass wir beide Nächte im gleichen Zimmer können; dann mussten wir doch umziehen, fanden meine Buchung nicht, hatte im Voraus Parking reserviert in der Tiefgarage --> nicht geklappt, konnten auch nicht ins Parkhaus rein, keine Wegbeschreibung.. und und und) Sehr enttäuschend für ein "4-Sterne Hotel", hätte niemals so einen schlechten Service erwartet. Eher ein max. 2 Sterne Hotel oder eher Hostel. War bestimmt das letzte Mal in diesem Hotel. An ihrem Customer Service müssen sie noch richtig stark feilen.

traditionell & modern - tolle Kombination
War während des WEFs mehrmals in den Restaurants und der Bar des Morosani Posthotels und wollte jetzt auch das Hotel geniessen. Tolle Kombination aus traditionell und modern, komfortables Zimmer, toller Wellness Bereich inkl. Schwimmbad. Werde sicher wieder kommen.

Très bon hôtel à Davos, proche du téléphérique
Hotel charmant, au look retro, en parfait état d'entretien. Chambre petite mais très confortable, petit déjeuner sympa le samedi et le dimanche (vendredi matin, l’hôtel était quasiment vide). du coté de la réception: la réceptionniste du soir (qui "tait également présente dimanche matin) était efficace, cordiale. Celle du jeudi après-midi était sympa mais moins efficace et moins claire. Dans l'ensemble, je recommande. La piscine et le saune sont d'une propreté et d'un entretien impeccables.

Checkin Dame war unfreundlich und konnte kein gutes Deutsch. Wir wurden auch nicht darauf hingewiesen eine Reservierung fürs Abendessen zu machen. Hatten so keinen Platz im Restaurant und mussten auswärts gehen.

Posthotel ist ein super angenehmes und top gelegenes Hotel in Davos. Wenn auch mitten im Geschehen sehr ruhig und guete Betten. Das Frühstücks ist auch super und alles sehr frisch!!

Super Location, gemütliches Bett und Zimmer. Einziges Verbesserungspunkt ist das Frühstück. Zu wenig Auswahl am Buffet. Wir mussten knapp 15‘ warten bis wieder Fleisch oder das Käsebuffet aufgefüllt wurde. Ansonsten alles ok

Ingesammt war der Aufenthalt ok. Jedoch war das Zimmer recht klein, die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen und der Blick auf den Innenhof auch nicht gerade Super. Das Personal kann teilweise nur sehr schlecht Deutsch und ist zu dem auch noch frech. Ansonsten, ist die Lage des Hotels gut und in der Lobby, Restaurant, bar, etc. das Ambiente gemütlich.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man kann alles zur Fuss erreichen. Der Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde wieder kommen.
