Great experience good location with easy access to transportation. Staff was beyond kind. Only complaint is the beds are not the comfiest! Also beware, people in the sauna don’t wear anything at all

Highly Recommended
Very nice and convenient Hotel location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We chose to have breakfast included, which was a very extensive array of foods for everyone. The hostess was very accommodating with the seating and Tatiana was a great person to see each morning with her welcoming smile. It was great to be greeted by Tatiana!

Good hotel.
Good hotel, stayed several times. It was very hot on arrival day and Aircon seemed to struggle to cool the room. Don't recall this being a problem in the past. Hilton do good covid measures although some of the guests could not follow the mask rules. Staff did their best!

A clean hotel that is a true 4 star property. Amenities and facilities were good and the air conditioning worked well. Quiet room with no noise from other rooms, or from the outside. Friendly and helpful staff, despite the hotel being very busy. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Fairly Central Location in Davos
The hotel reception staff and the restaurant staff at breakfast were attentive, helpful, polite and kind. The advice from Reception about buses and getting into the actual town was accurate, correct and easy to follow. It was really easy getting a bus into town but the cable car was not running that day and the staff at the hotel reception did not know it was not running....so we just had a ride up lift that gave us a view of the town below.

It was an amazing stay!
Unlike many hotel rooms in Europe, the hotel room is rather spacious. Additionally it has a balcony with a wonderful hill/forest view. Bathroom is very nice and clean. Our king size bed was just perfect. If we would have known this, we'd certainly stay for a longer period!!

Good stay. Only issues were in a spa because shower was giving hot water when set up to 38 degrees. Also room was missing information sheet. I asked that from lobby on friday, it never came even promised. Anyway we were able to use room service by checking menu from website. On saturday i asked cleaning before 12.30 so boy could have daydreams with out bothering. It was promised but never happened and room was cleaned at 15.30. In restaurant there was no room and me & my pregnant wife plus kid was put to side bit rudely. Thats why we did not use restaurant anymore. Feedback was given to desk also, ofcourse no apologies or anything were received. Generally hotel is good.

The hotel was centrally located but the staff were limited and there was always a line at the main reception. Staff could have been more helpful. Though the room was good, the overall experience was average.

We were working in Davos for the world congress and could not have picked a better hotel. The hotel is in an ideal position in the town and the hotel rooms are spacious and well equiped. Bathrooms are imacculate and the shower was very powerful. Lovely hotel will drfinatly be coming back to Davos with the wife and will definatly be stopping in this hotel

Everything started ok but then our rooms heater was not working properly. I called the fromt desk twice and the said they would send someone to fix it and they didn’t. I even went to the front desk the next day and the same thing, the claimed someone would be up soon but no one came. I finally gave up. I also asked for extra towels the night before we checked out becuase we had to check out early on the morning and it was so cold that the towels wouldn’t dry. They said someone would bring towels but no one did.
