“you get what you pay for”

The Crystal Hotel is the most expensive hotel I have ever paid for. The space was generious and service good and everything worked. For what I paid, I expected that. Pay less, get less.

Area recommendations
St. Moritz has hotels uphill from the train station. We took the bus up, we rolled the luggage to get down back to the station.

“Need to Improve!”

The internet access is not always available due to the limited number of access lines. It is unbelievable that they have only 8 access lines. The broken closet sliding door was reported. Someone came to repair it but could not fix the problem. We did not receive any follow up repair after few days stay.

“Wonderful stay”

This is a great hotel very close to the ski mountain. It has a lovely piano bar and a great breakfast (included in room rate). Also offers free wireless and a computer in the lobby.

Traveller's tip
This hotel is well located whether or not you are in St. Moritz to ski, but it is the closest hotel to the ski mountain.

“hotel The Crystal ottimo, in centrissimo, cortesia e pulizia”

Siamo stati al Crystal per un week end avendo viaggiato con il meraviglioso Bernina Express. Eravamo in 6, 3 coppie e le stanze assegnate sono state perfette. Inoltre, per me e mio marito, visto che era il suo compleanno, ci hanno riservato una Superior senza sovraprezzo. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, dallo chauffeur che ci ha accolto in stazione, alla signorina Maria della reception, alla cameriera della sala colazione. Tutto veramente ottimo e colazione ricca, varia, fresca. Per la cena, considerato che il ristorante dell'hotel è un ristorante "italiano", ci siamo fatti consigliare alla reception e abbiamo cenato molto bene alla Vertlinerkeller con patti locali ed abbondanti a prezzi...logici

Saint Moritz, a mio parere, è una Montecarlo di montagna!! Pulitissima, con splendido lago e relativa passeggiata, ultra moderna per alcuni aspetti ma....poco tipica, tante costruzioni modernissime e solo qualcuna in tipico stile engadinese. Certo se si vuole spendere è il posto giusto!!! Grandi Firme ovuque. Noi eravamo in centro ed è sicuramente la location perfetta se non si ha troppo tempo a diposizione. Tutto comunque è a portata di mano

La bassa stagione va dal 15 ottobre ai primi giorni di dicembre ma già ad ottobre molti ristoranti sono già chiusi

Sicuramente un abito "smart chic" per la cena, ovunque....a meno che non andiate in pizzeria

“Ottimo soggiorno a St. Moritz”

The Crystal Hotel e' un hotel splendido e molto curato proprio nel centro di St. Moritz.. Camera un po' piccola ma molto carina e confortevole. Personale cortese e disponibile.
