"Really nice hotel, very conveniently located for hanging out downtown."

"Check in was great, the lady who helped us even let us pick the location of our room which was a first for me, and much appreciated. The room was very clean. Had full size bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner mounted on the wall in the shower which is a game changer for me. The breakfast was not very iimpressive but we made do with bagles. The pool and hot tub are newly redone. Overall great stay. The adjoining restaurant is not open."

"Cleanliness is always my highest priority when traveling, and this hotel has not disappointed me yet. Everything is super fresh and clean, the amenities are excellent (basement fitness room, laundry, pool and arcade) and its located in a place that is easy to get in and out of, and gives you direct access to find great places to eat in Grand Rapids. Highly recommend, will be looking to stay here every time I am in GR. "

"The property was located close to the downtown area. It was clean and the staff was courteous. Our room was next to a family that had an infant so sleeping was not the greatest but that was not the fault of the hotel. "
