Pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is. The room was huge with a long sofa for sitting. The staff were friendly and helpful, we asked for bar and restaurant suggestions. Had a lot of amenities, seemed as if it was a great family hotel. We were able to grab a shuttle to downtown to the Mount Baker Theater then went to a few bars downtown and had a fairly easy walk back, less than a mile.
The room was very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Road noise was loud but not bad with fan on in the room. The bathroom was small but clean. The continental breakfast was good. Overall I feel we got our money's worth!

"Very Nice Hotel with easy access to the Interstate"
We were tired from travelling and sightseeing all day, so it was really nice to be able to find this hotel right along the Interstate. It was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities that a family would need.

I travel for business to this region frequently and have stayed at various hotels within the same rating/price range. I have had such remarkable "go out of your way" experiences with the staff that I had to leave a review for them. Note - this is for every member of staff I've encountered - consistently over several visits. Management is clearly hiring for fit and keeping their staff happy.
- 24/7 airport shuttle transportation including coordinating a free ride to my business destination when they found out I didn't rent a car and was going to call a cab
- Front desk service delivers toiletries/other items to my door at request at any hour - quickly and with a smile
- A necklace was misplaced and everyone from the maid to the manager took action and communicated with me throughout the process (full disclosure: I found it later in my suitcase)
- Staff so remarkably friendly that I remember them and their name. They make me feel like a guest in their home.
