Very pleased with the service in the hotel, restaurant and spa. Clean, relaxing and romantic feel throughout this property. All staff went the extra mile to make us feel special and to ensure we were completely satisfied. They even provided a pet bed for our little dog, treats, feeding dishes and clean-up bags for outside - much more than I expected for the $25 pet fee. I'll definitely choose this hotel again.
After a busy day of Xmas shopping, it was nice to go back to the hotel and soak in a hot bath withy book. I love the deep soaker tub.
With each room having it's own internet, there is no lag in internet connection. I was able to watch a movie on Netflix without any buffering time.
"Quiet, clean, and close to shops and major roads"
I stayed here for one night, and it was close to nice shops and restaurants, as well as the city centre. The fitness centre was well equipped with weights, and free coffee was available at all hours. The breakfast was decent as well.
I usually stay at this hotel because of its location to the stores in GP. The room was great, only negative was the hair in the bathroom, there were some stray ones that were not cleaned up from the previous guests.
