It's dirty in the pool area and they had no clean towels we had to use the ones from in the room.:(

“Could have some upgrades and improvements to cleanliness.”

There was a mell of urine coming from the air conditioner in my room and there was beer smell in the elevator but over all a good good hotel with overall good cleanliness :-)

Hi, hotel was good but the fitness room was undergoing renovations, was a bit disappointed. Breakfast included was lovely though.

“Excellent hotel if you have kids. Waterslide is great!”

The only complaint I would have is that the lower floor hallway smelled of cigarrette smoke. However, the floor that we stayed on was fresh and clean!

“Stay at another hotel!”

These rooms are horrible! We had booked a non-smoking room but was put into a smoking room. It stunk so bad that we had to keep the window open to air it out. Not fun in the middle of winter. The tv didn't work and when I called to have it fixed they said they would and no one ever came. I had to wash the ceiling & walls in the bathroom because the nicotine was dripping on us after our showers. GROSS! The only good things were the breakfast and the pool but you can certainly find those at another hotel.
