“I love this hotel”

My only complaint is some rooms still have the old tv and older bed, but most are updated now.

“Bad experience”

We were very disappointed. We have stayed here many times but this time was terrible. The heater was so loud when it came on that after not being able to fall asleep, I turned on the bathroom fan to try drown out the noise. This was after midnight. This was also irritating since the bathroom light is on the same switch as the fan so the light shone into our sleeping area all night. The carpets and paint needs to be renovated, really showing its age. The beds were OK. What was even worse was that the room smelled of stale smoke which was interested in that I had to sign a waiver that I would not smoke in the room or it would cost me big money. I did not say anything to the front counter staff as it was not their fault but we expected a lot more for our money. We just won't stay there again.

“Impressed”

We thought the Stanford was very clean and comfortable and will stay there again. In particular, the one-cup style coffee maker was a bonus and the coffee itself was quite good!
