Nice Area

Posted 25-Sep-2013
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: Better Desk help Someone who can meet people, and are Friendly
Location: There was a Look out area near by that was really neat were the Glacier and Fresh water meet. We really enjoyed . It is a very pretty area.
The Clerk behind the desk was the most unfriendly person Was not helpful in anyway wouldn't hardly speak to you , acted like you were a bother to her. That was the checking in process that we received.

Grande Cache Best Western clean/no non-sense hotel

Posted 29-Jul-2013
A good solid Best Western property, based on my overnight stay of July 2013 I would recommend for business or recreation travel. It was as described on Expedia. Not too much choice in Grande Cache hotel-wise. Grande Cache is 140 KM north of Hinton and 184 KM south of Grande Prairie. It is a good place to stay if you're taking the scenic route to Alaska. A very lovely view from the hotel of the Canadian foothills/Rocky Mountains range eastern slopes.

Best place to stay in GG :)

Posted 18-Jun-2013
Pros: Comfort and feeling safe.
Cons: I was a little chilly as the heat wouldn't quite adjust to my comfort.
Location: Very convenient for my purposes of my stay in GG
I loved the nice bathtub and bathroom in general. the Fireplace I couldn't get to work, the cover wasn't very secure. I felt very comfortable and safe in the hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Grande Cache stay

Posted 18-Jan-2013
The staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean. It's a good hotel for a quick stay. The only problem I had was with the exercise room. Two of the three cardio machines were broken, the tv was also broken in there, and there were no weights. Otherwise, decent hotel to stay in.

Stay at Best Western in Grande Cache.. No Pets..

Posted 07-Aug-2012
On EXPEDIA this Hotel came up as pets accepted and they do not... This made the initial check in both awkward and difficult. Lucky we were able to find someone in Grande Cache to take our small dog. They have a NO PET policy and you need to update your selection on this hotel.

Great stay

Posted 15-Oct-2011
My husband and I went for a Fall drive to Grande Cache because we'd never been there before. This hotel is fairly new and was very clean. The lady at the desk wasn't very friendly when we checked in, but when we checked out, she was all smiles. (Doesn't like outsiders, I guess.) We had a great stay at this hotel, but were surprised they didn't have a complimentary breakfast like other Best Westerns.
