We stayed for two nights. Told the front desk lady all we needed in our room was a change of towels and garbages changed. Came back that evening and nothing was changed out. Also the refrigerator sounded like it was on life support.Not a very good stay.

under construction was not mentioned on website. Over all it was adequate but nothing to write home to mom about. Had pre ordered a roll away that was not available upon arrival. Clerk was able to give us another room with two beds for same price which was nice but then we had to haul our stuff upstairs. There was a nice guest that helped us as two of the three of us are challenged.

Very nice check in clerk.Decent breakfast set up. But all the maid did to clean our room was to make beds. None of the overflowing garbage baskets were dumped.

Front desk person Shasta was very good. Nice breakfast and breakfast area. Clean rooms. Central location close to everything.
No elevators on property though.

Rooms were old and had bad smells. Rooms not at all what were shown in the pictures. We left the motel could not stay in those conditions so we were out the money we spent on that room . Will not book another room again sight unseen!

The rooms differed from photographs due to the fact that ongoing refurbishing (new carpet, new furniture, new beds & bedding, new window treatments... all within the last 4 months) is nearing completion and new photos will be taken. We are proud to allow all guests to preview their room, prior to check-in. If, upon entering their room, for any reason, a guest encounters the situation that you describe; we would provide alternate accommodations or offer a refund and allow them to check-out without penalty. I regret your experience, regardless of where it was. I do hope you will return to Super 8 by Wyndham - Grand Rapids, to enjoy our award winning property and hospitality.

Had an event at the Eagles and this hotel was right across the parking lot. They do NOT have an elevator so beware. They had us on the second floor which would have been horrible for my mother in law. I merely asked to be on the first and they moved us!

Was very clean Molly our housekeeper was the best the staff at front desk were okay the room was good bed comfortable located close to everything. Breakfast was okay if you like waffles or cold hard boiled eggs. They did have sausage gravy and biscuits. Would come back again

Very clean, bright property. The morning we left there was a team tending to the gorgeous flowers outside.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, genuinely seemed to care about what they do. Would gladly stay here again.

The staff was exceptionally and sincerely nice and friendly. Room was clean with a large bathroom. Breakfasts were very good with a large variety of hot and cold foods.

The only negative issue was that the room
was not very sound proof. We could hear people in the hallway and hear when the plumbing was used in
the adjacent room.
