“Nice Grand Rapids hotel”
Walked to Grand Rapids downtown museums and restaurants. The hotel restaurant was reasonably priced and served good food and great morning coffee. I will stay here again when I go back to Grand Rapids.

We had a nice stay at Holiday Inn. Our double room was big, but with a tiny bathroom. The breakfast is not a "self serve". You get a 20$ voucher, if you spend more than that it gets charged to you room (3.25 for a glass of juice). A good deal for those who doesnt eat much for breakfast, but the food where REALLY good. Overall a nice stay at a nice hotel.
“Grand Radpids Holiday Inn Downtown”
Being within walking distance to Downtown hot spots, mueseums, and attrations, perfect. The bar and grill were excellent for the quick meal and beer!
“Nice Hotel with Great Staff”
Nice staff. Very well maintained. Easy access to freeways. Didn't feel rushed at the lounge/restaurant even though my business colleague and I were working on a presentation. Easy access to museums/downtown.
“grand rapids gem”
the hotel was located perfectly to what we were doing and they have extras for their guest. For example we borrowed bikes and was able to ride around by the musuems and see the town at our pace.
“never had such a comfortable rest and peace of mind”
everything was fantastic, the only flaw was the so-called music outside the main lobby. i thought it was way out of line and brings down the dignity and anbiance og this beautiful hotel. i would though come back again. thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Very clean and nice hotel. Easy stroll across bridge into downtown, to restaurants and bars!!!
“Convenient, comfortable, and clean hotel”
I had little interaction with the staff since it wasn't really needed other than check-in. I did not eat in the restaurant or visit the lounge, both of which seemed popular with other guests. Aside from my room I used the fitness room which consisted of a couple treadmills, a stepper, a stationary bike, and an adjustable bench with a decent dumb bell assortment. The fitness room was well stocked with towels, a water cooler, and a large flat panel TV. The hotel was conveniently located for my purposes in short walking distance to Grand Valley State University. It sits adjacent to the Van Andel Museum, the Grand Rapids Public Museum, and the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum. It is also in easy walking distance of any restaurants and night spots.

I would definately go back to this hotel it was SO clean, smelled so good, the check-in and check-out went extra smooth, the staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. we stayed in a king and the bed was so comfortable, i was glad the check out time was noon, it was like sleeping on a cloud. thank you for such a nice experience!!!!
“Renovated”
This is the lowest cost hole in the immediate down town area. The hotel has been renovated and is looks nicer than it had. It has a nice litle lounge and is convenient to everything in the down town Grand Rapids area.
