Nice place for myselfand wife to stop. Nice clean room, nice bar and food so we can relax without driving in a strange town. Did see options if we wanted to go out.

Rooms were well appointed. Housekeeping replaced towels and coffee service each day. Thought breakfast was included, not an additional charge. Breakfast buffet included lots of choices.

It was good to have shuttle service that runs 24/7, however the service we received was not so welcoming. The driver (older Caucasian male) was not helpful with loading our luggage into the van. I had to insist that he loads the luggage into the trunk of the van for tips. We checked in room 208 at 2A.M. On 8/9/23 and found 2 of 3 dresser drawers jammed and damaged and not operable. I called the front desk and he said they were not aware of the condition but took notes so I would not be responsible for the damage. The front desk person was very helpful. In addition, the bathroom door is set incorrectly hence must use brute force to shut the bathroom door. Good luck to anyone needing any kind of privacy late at night.

The hotel staff was lovely to interact with. That said, the room wasn’t very clean, had a definite musty sweaty odor, stains on the walls, and the carpet was quite dirty. There were people running around yelling all night, and the area outside the pool and fitness centers up to the elevators was super wet and a definite tripping hazard.
