reservations: My email did not contain my reservation name. When I checked in the clerk could not locate my reservation. When she finally found it....my name was completely misspelled. I suggest you put the name of the reservation in the body of the confirmation email.

Pro: I was pleased with the Hotel. Clean room, clean sheets ... better than I had expected from the pictures. Con: Having said that, we had a room that was very loud. You could hear a lot of noise outside, from ventilators running, people walking/running in the floors above us. So even though we were very tired (from being on a road trip for hours) I had a hard time falling and staying asleep.

Cons: Better signage from the Interstate
Location: the falls at Rifle we nice
Enjoyed the free breakfast and the dinner buffet as it was raining, so we didn't have to go elsewhere

Nice, clean and friendly hotel

We had been on the road traveling from Monterey, CA and this hotel was by far the best out of four we stayed for about the same price. We had a microwave, small refrigerator and a very clean and upgraded room. Highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling through Grand Junction

Nice hotel

Pros: Cheapest hotel in the area that we could find!
Cons: More outlets
The only bad thing was that there were no outlets to charge our things! Other than that it was good!

Not worth the money

Its an old facility and rates are very high for the condition this hotel is in. Not worth the money I paid.

Tired Hotel

Pros: The roof kept us dry when it rained.
Cons: Revisit the buffet offerings and preparation. I've never been to prison but imagine the breakfast buffet is similar to what would be served at one.
Location: A very run down area.
Found this Quality Inn to be lacking in Quality. Room smelled like old cigarette smoke and Lysol and the "Award Winning" breakfast buffet was terrible. I'm usually easy to please when in comes to lodging but this was quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The aging facilities and terrible excuse for a breakfast buffet left me confused considering the rate we paid for the room. It's time for some updates and a rate change.

More than expected

Pros: Comfort. Convenience. Quiet. Breakfast. Price.
Cons: The staff that checked us is was not a multi-tasker. Did not tell me a lot of the minor details: elevator, breakfast, internet. I went back & asked.
Location: we found a really nice steak/rib restaurant close by. Hotel was convenient and easy to find
We had a really nice stay. Our room was comfortable and clean. We got on the side of the hotel, away from the highway and it was really quiet. The rate was quite nice for what we got. Nice and relaxing after a long trip. The breakfast was a nice full hot breakfast.

They were state of the art for the time. My office faces the highway. I can not hear any noise unless I open my window. I am really glad that you enjoyed breakfast. Nice hotel, clean and comfortable

The hotel was clean and appeared to have been just remodeled. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a wide vararity of different items. Coffee and tea were always available day and night. My only negative complaint was that the sink in the room was slow to drain and needed attention.
