The Westin offers 343 air-conditioned guestrooms in a five-story building colored dove-gray with pitched turquoise roofs and matching balcony railings. Rooms feature Westin's signature comforts: a Heavenly Bed and a Heavenly Bath. The multi-layer bed includes a custom-designed, foot-thick, pillowtop mattress and a gold-checkered down comforter topped by five pillows (two goose down/feather, two hypo-allergenic, and a decorative "boudoir" neck roll pillow). The spacious bath features a dual showerhead with multiple spray options; curved shower rod for extra room; bathrobes; oversized towels; and designer toiletries.

Other features include balconies or patios, ceiling fans, and minibars. High-speed Internet access (surcharge), voice mail, and cable/satellite TVs are among the additional amenities.

Smoking is not permitted inside hotel rooms.

Casa Havana - The island’s premier AAA Four Diamond restaurant offers Contemporary Caribbean/Cuban fine dining, a 330-selection wine list. Terrace seating also available. Choices such as foie gras flamed in Cuban rum; vanilla roasted scallops, honey-cumin smoked Muscovy duck, Cuban-spiced ahi; steaks. Dinner only. Be sure to check on timing and availability for one of their monthly wine dinners.

“The feel of luxury without the cost”

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Westin Casaurina. From the moment I walked into the hotel, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. My room was wonderful with a bed to die for. Very comfortable with masses of pillows. I had a balcony, and although I was facing the road, the main view was palm trees which were lit up for Christmas. The bathroom was amazing, very spacious with lots of fresh towels, not just one per person!! The foyer led into a piano bar which opened out on to the swimming pool whick in turn led onto the beach with all the relevant watersport facilities. I was on a short business trip and therefore didn't have time to fit in a visit to the spa, but from the advertisements on the TV, it looked very luxurious. I would very definately visit this hotel again and would recommend it to everyone
