“Best scuba venue in Grand Cayman”
Excellent staff, service, and diving. Room are excellent and spacious. Be sure to buy food to stco your kitchen for whateve meals or snacks you might wish to eat in as it is a fair drive to the nearest grocery store.
“Wonderful operation”
Compass Point & Ocean Frontiers is very well run. Definitely a hotel for divers by divers. Once we arrived on site we never had to touch our dive gear. It was ported to & from the boats, rinsed & hung every day. Being on the east end of the island gave us the chance to dive locations we wouldn't have had we stayed in the more frequented west end. All in all a great experience. Next time I go to Grand Cayman I want to stay at Compass Point and continue diving with Ocean Frontiers.
“Had a great time!”
The staff was courteous and welcoming. The accommodations were clean. The location was superb. We enjoyed our stay very much.
“Mike & Elaine”
Everything was perfect. Quick check in, good customer service, clean and nice apartment.
“Spoiled Scuba Diver”
We couldn't have asked for more. The condo was super clean and comfortable with a great view of the water and the friendliest, most knowledgable staff...bar-none. The diving was excellent! I was a newly certified diver and I felt extremely comfortable with the staff and dive masters. All dives were planned and you go either un/guided. Their "green short" valet service will spoil you! Only con I can think of is there is no beach to swim. You'll have to drive to 7 Mile for that.
“Outstanding Dive Resort”
We found the condos here to be very comfortable and well furnished down to the little details. Having the Dive Shop on site and their "valet Diving" type service made for a fantastic week of diving. All of the dives were well planned and spectacular. Quiet & peaceful location.
“Great People!!!”
This stay was great. Very quite all the workers were friendly. Two of the female workers came on the beach just to say high and played with my two little ones and helped my daughter when she found hermit crabs and snails. They were just great people. It is 30 minute drive to george town and 40 to 7 mile but we didn't mind. Everything was clean and they put flower clippings all over the room. My kids had a blast. The east end just has a great breeze and water. Only con is there isn't much to eat at that end. So you need to fill up before heading back to the room for the night.
“Wonderful!”
We had a great time. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. Our room, 103 was nice, attractive, everything we needed, all with a view. The dive operation was excellent; no hassles and really friendly. We've done a lot of diving over 30 years and have never been treated better. We'll go back.
“compass point is great if you want quiet”
the 2 bedroom condo was nicer than my house . great for wife and 2 kids . This hotel is great if you want to get away from all the crowds. except for the loading and unloading of the dive boats we did not here or see anybody. we would drive too the busy side in the morning , snorkel the hot spots get lunch then back too compass point for a quiet dinner(cooked ourselves) and drinks. wireless internet in the rooms was convenient and satalite tv to keep the kids occupied . you will need a car and you will be doing a lot of driving 40 min drive to the other side
