Property is well located. Seems to be short staffed, only one person manning the main office. Breakfast is offered at an additional cost but is not appealing. We did not eat there. Rooms are outdated and one of the 2 elevators were out of service the two days we were there. Would not select this property next time in town.

I stayed for one night and was very pleased. The hotel is in walking distance to the Alhambra and the town centre, many restaurants are nearby for dinner or lunch so it was very convenient. The room was good and clean, the shower warm and the bed comfy. I’d like to especially emphasise how lovely and kind all the staff members were! Thank you for your help with my bus ticket! ;)

Terrible experience. Bathroom dirty. Bed no confortable and we I Arrive to the hotel at 111:30 pm the TV Control was not working. I should have my money back. Besides the Hotel is located at a place that use to have garbabe on the streets.

Right where you want to be, a little noisy as you might expect in a city but as a solo female traveller it was great. I have to say the gentleman who checked me in after my flight was delayed saved me when I’d lost my phone and went above and beyond to help even after I’d finished my shift. I wish I’d taken his name he was a life saver!

This property was great in every category however on check in, I wasn’t really provided and information on the amenities, so staff could improve there. The room is in a very busy area and windows are not soundproofed so expect some noise from outside activities. Bed was very comfortable, which can be a big hit or miss.

Beds were firm and comfortable. The room was cleaned thoroughly each day. The location is good, right on a main square, but partying at nearby bars goes on late into the night, and the noise can make it hard to sleep.

Close to everything but quiet! An amazing property, clean and fully equipped. But very difficult to find with no prior instructions even after i sent an email 5 days earlier telling them when I was a arriving. After a 18 hiur journey, we spent over an hour trying to find the place. The contact person did not speak English and he finally sent me instructions to the location and a flower pot to find the keys!

Good, but please fix leaks in the bathrooms!
Absolutely perfect location, overall a good little hotel, quite comfortable. Our bathroom was in quite poor condition (room 22), seemed there was an ongoing leak from upstairs and there was actually black mould growing on the ceiling. I imagine ours was also leaking to the floor below because the silicone around the shower was completely broken. Clearly the hotel needs to step up is maintenance procedures, but it was a good value stay. A selection of English language TV stations (even if just CNN or BBC news) would have been a nice addition. Overall though we had a great time 👍

This hotel is lovely! I booked one night and then extended my stay. My room was not street facing so I didn't have a view but because of that the room was quiet. The location is quite nice with a main plaza as soon as you exit and bus /taxi stops literally in front. Clean rooms, with shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and shower gel available in the bathroom. The towels were clean and plenty. There is a breakfast every day for 5 euros and it has the usual cereal, bread tea and coffee so nothing special but doable for the price. Since the area is so close to AlHambra all other places are a bit $$$ and most aren't open early in the morning. The reception was amazing, super accommodating with my changes and able to converse in English because my Spanish is quite basic. AC was also pretty decent with controls available inside the room.

This is a GREAT Hotel! Rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location, just off Plaza Nueva, is very convenient, with ready access to cafes, tour busses, taxis, and within walking distance to the Alhambra. We enjoyed our breakfast in the attached breakfast room (4.99) with good food and friendly waitress.

Nice hotel, perfectly placed to explore Granada The check-in was confusing and slow. We couldn't get access at the stated time of 2pm, but that wasn't really a problem. The reception area was frequently closed during what were supposed open times. There was, however, a mobile number left to call to get attention. Was a little frustrating. The rooms were a good size, as were the bathrooms, although the towels were very thin. Nice mattresses, but only one pillow and the reception was closed when we needed to ask for more. It was only 9pm, but we were tired and didn't want to wait for the receptionist to come back. The slightly more mature receptionist in the afternoon was very nice and extremely helpful when I needed something printing. Overall though, we were happy with the hotel as an overnight stay.

A very nice stay overall. The hotel assigned us a very large two-story room for some reason, but couldn’t complain! Friendly staff, nice ambiance. Its location is of a great value as well.

Highly disappointing room. Uncomfortable bed, leaking bidet, intermittent hot water, lack of amenities, tv screen was only partly functioning. This place photographs well but isn’t impressive in person.

We loved our stay at OYO Hotel Plaza Nueva. The location is fantastic as you can turn one way out the door and within a block you are on a busy modern street. Turn the other way out the door and you are in the old neighbourhood of narrow cobbled streets. Our host was very helpful with directions and ideas.
