“Very nice hotel”

Is not perfectly located, but Granada is a very small city, you're 15min. walking distance from the city center or 3 minutes if you take a taxi which are very affordable. Very nice hotel, the building stands out among the neighborhood's architecture. The lobby has an excellent decoration and the rooms are spacious.

“Not impressed.”

The place appeared to be nice, initially. The bathoom has domaines hair all over the floor. Then at six am, the bathroom started to flood from the floor above. And I do mean flood. House keeping tried to clean up the water as best they could. Did not appreciate this early morning wake up call after a long night out of birthday celebrations. Mid morning we spoke to the management. As we were staying for a second night, we wanted a new room, with an upgrade to a suite or something, for our inconvenience. They would not accommodate us. In fact, they moved us to another room, which was actually a down grade. We no longer had a jet tub. Thought we wouldn't notice. We did! Would not stay here again!

“Good to go back”

it is not 5 star hotel, I would say 4 star. The buffet breakfast was brilliant. It would be nice if there was a choice of TV channels,

“Granada”

Good hotel, but maybe not for the tourist to get a feel for the city. A bit too far to walk to the city center, but it was a comfortable stay.

I would stay near the Alahambra, really nice to see at night.

“Nice new hotel, well kept”

Quiet, convenient location, though not in the city centre but with easy access by car and sufficient parking. 15 minutes walk to the Cathedral area. Restaurant is a bit pricey. Nice shopping mall nearby.

“He visto 4 estrellas mejores”

Para nada tiene categoria 5 estrellas: mal mantenimiento habitaciones (desconchones, wc no funcionaba correctamente...), mala limpieza de habitaciones con marcas de vasos en baño, marcas de cubo en suelo. El desayuno no es de 5 *, zumo tang, no hay jamon serrano (un clasico en otros hoteles de esta categoria). Centrico y se puede ir andando al centro sin coche comodamente. Cerca de autovia con facilidad de desplazamientos coche.

“piètre Hôtel 5 étoiles”

Hôtel ne meritant pas 5 étoiles compte tenu du confort et haut standing et du type d'accueil international que de grands voyageurs sont en droit de trouver comme on peut le rencontrer en Asie !
