“Adequate but definitely not 4 Star”
A modern hotel so still in good condition to some extent. However building materials cheap and cheerful so condition probably won't last. In room window blinds falling down, bathroom sink tap not fixed in place, impossible to fix shower head so has to be hand held. Aspires to being a boutique hotel but really not in the same class. However rates were not too high, which should automatically tell you it's not 4 star, but just about OK in terms of value for money. Spa is very good if you're happy to pay the fee. Free wi-fi was a welcome benefit. If you park outside they will charge you even though there is plenty of space and no signs to prohibit parking or advising they will charge.
“Great hotel.”
Not very centric but ideal if you go by car.
“not impressed”
breakfast food cold requested non smoking room put in smoking which smelt of tobacco parking for cars was very poor insufficient space
“Not impressed.”
The hotel is located close to the motorway but it overpriced. The A/C in our room did not work properly and when we asked for an iron, we were told that we could pay for the laundry service but no ron would be provided. Not 4 star service!!
“Not impressed”
The first day we arrived late, slept in and next day went down for breakfast at 9am the cooked breakfast ie bacon eggs tomatoes etc were cold and unappetising. On our 3rd night a group of over 50 students arrived and were noisy and the 2 boys next to us kept having girls knocking at their door until 2-3am we put up with it the first night but the 2nd night we complained. In the end about 1am they moved us to another room which was substandard the blinds didnt draw, there was only one pillow and haad a bath rather than a walk in shower.
“Already booked the next holiday.”
The location was spot-on, and the style was impressive and welcoming, the staff very freindly and helpfull, service could not be faulted, the package we booked was spot on. The spa facilities were wonderfull and relaxing offering something for everyone all over 16 years of age which is a bonus! The locality to Granada only 5 mins by taxi, was just right. only a short drive to the Sierra Nevada mountins for breathtaking views. Will deffinately return. For a first visit to this part of Spain we were very impressed.
