This wellness center features a seawater hydrotherapy pool, a reflexology pool, and a flotation pool where light and sound therapy are provided. “1st time in Gran Canaria”

The Hotel was beatiful and very well kept,staff were extremely professional and attentive. Location was ok close to a number of restaurants, shops and supermarket I would suggest if you like good food eat at the hotel as the standard of restaurant food is disappointing. Get yourself a hire car and go and visit Amadores which is only 15-20 minutes on the GC - 1 Motorway beautiful beach and views.

“Lopesan Maspalomas”

It is often stated that first impressions count.The entrance to the hotel is magnificent, and this sets the standard for the rest of the hotel. The staff are all courteous, friendly, helpful, from the check-in staff to the gardener. The restaurants are comparable in cost to the eateries in the beach areas in the neighbouring beaches. Highly recommended. Only advice- try and get a room on the top floor, as the noise from people in the room above walking in heels could be disturbing.

“Amazing hotel, our 2nd visit did not disappoint!”

We stayed for one week at the LOPESAN Villa del Conde Resort & Thalasso in September. As soon as you arrive in the impressive reception area, the helpful staff at the desk offer you a refreshment drink, much appreciated after your journey. We stayed in standard double with pool sea view, slight walk from reception - but don't be put off, as you only do this once (different routes available once you are in the hotel!). Rooms are quite large, modern, clean & spacious with separate bathroom (shower cubicle & bath), dressing room, and seating area. We traveled with our 22mth old son, and he was made so welcome in the restaurants, at breakfast, dinner etc... and always made a fuss of. Kids entertainment was 30 mins each evening, so did not take over the whole entertainment schedule for the adults! Breakfast and Dinner buffet were very good quality and offered huge selection. Hotel is 8-10 min walk along a new promenade to good selection of restaurants and shops, inc a supermarket. No problem getting sun loungers round the pools, even after midday (although some people did reserve them with the provided beach towels from 9am!). Grounds well maintained, and although this is a large hotel, it never felt overcrowded or cramped. Overall excellent service and high standard of hotel.

“Absolutely fabulous.”

Expectations exceeded. Would definately recommend to others and can't wait to re-visit. Also spent time in spa area which is a must + Ocean View areas are definately recommended.

Area recommendations

We visited Melonares in Gran Canaria which sits directly adjacent to Maspalomas. We found this area to be very relaxing, quiet with something that would appeal to everyone.

“The spa is the best bit”

Hotel staff were very friendly and poilte Spa was excellent. They did, however, seem to constantly charge for extras such as renting a safe and using internet and cleaning the room didn't happen till about 4 pm most days.

“Would go back”

We were there out of season and found the hotel perfect for our weeks break. I am not sure how the atmosphere in the hotel would change with older children during high season. Not many UK visitors in the hotel mostly German and Dutch. The Buffet evening meal was so comprehensive and staff support made it unecessary to visit the restaurants.

Hire a car and visit the mountains and north western part of the island.

“Segunda luna de miel”

Una estancia perfecta, parecía nuestra segunda luna de miel. La suite perfecta, el personal perfecto, hotel muy bonito, siempre limpio, de ensueño. Durante la estancia celebramos el cumpleaños de mi mujer, el hotel se encargo de que el día fuese inolvidable. Lo recomendamos y repetiremos.

“Lopesan villa del conde Meloneras Gran Canaria”

Molto bello e grande ideale anche per chi ha bambini, la SPA pure bella e molte piscine tra cui quella con acqua di mare, per il mare bisogna spostarsi un pó, non é il massimo per chi ama la sabbia.

“Top Hotel”

Top Hotel zo als je van een 5 sterren mag verwachten. Enige nadeel van het hotel is dat er geen overloop in het bad zit waardoor mijn hele kamer blanc stond :)
