“We will be back”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious. Pools were great with choice of infinity pool (no children) or large pool with plenty of scope for good swimming workout. Absolutely no complaints about the food. Definately will be back as we also loved the walk into Maspalomas.

H10 Playa Meloneras Palace is a fantastic hotel. The rooms were clean, tidy and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent, even at the busiest time the staff were polite and friendly even while rushed off their feet. Pool, bar, room service, garden and poolside were all good as well. The only minor downside is that you have to get a taxi into the busier areas, however this does mean that you have a quiet night's sleep which after a night out is welcome! I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a very good hotel and the service and cleanliness is excellent. The food is exceptionally good with lots of choice. If you want to be critical a few of the public areas are showing a little wear but unless you are looking for trouble it won't detract from your holiday

“Not a 5 star, more a 3star plus”

This hotel should not be classed as a 5 star. Only one person on reception on check in, whilst a queue gathered, even though this was only 7pm. Room was well worn with rusty bath, broken tiles and broken bed. In the dining room, they could not provide a cappuchino-they suggested to make it myself with black coffee and canned aerosol cream! Otherwise breakfast was very good. Staff in the dining room were very sad and stressed-not at all helpful. At the swimimg pool there were many cracked tiles, workmen had fenced off different areas each day and was repairing the whole time we were there- 1 week. The evening entertanment could have done with a little more umph! We were on holiday! Everything went quiet about 9.30-10pm, after some very good acts, but it finished all too suddenly whilst all the guests were left sitting looking at each other. Altogether a very disappointing holiday, we were expecting a proper 5 star, with bathrobes, slippers etc but it didn't happen. Down the road, nearer the main sand dunes beach is another beautiful hotel where we stayedd on a previous holiday called the Lopesan. This was classed as a 4 star, but was way ahead in terms of service, than the supposed 5 star of the H10 Meloneras Playa. Unles the true rating is marketed, many more people will be disappointed.

ottimo hotel, servizio ottimo, cena e colazione abbondanti e con vasta varietà! splendide piscine e estetica dell'hotel.. unica pecca, è enorme,e bisogna fare chilometri per arrivare alle stanze ! consiglio vivamente di noleggiare un'auto perchè in zona c'è ben poco specialmente la sera, bisogna andare a playa del ingles x un po' di vita. in generale cmq ci tornerei ! siamo stati benissimo!

Besuch des Indoorpoolbereiches erst ab 16 Jahren möglich. Ist so nicht in der Ausschreibung erkennbar. Ein wichtiges Kriterium für die Buchung war so nicht erfüllt. Hinzukam - auf diese Tatsache angesprochen die Auskunft. "Wir sind hier nicht in Deutschland" - sehr kundenorientiert. Personal war teilweise unfreundlich und frech.
