Nice hotel, nice staff/people (& friendly too), relaxing, good location, well maintained (yes, needs a little tlc in a couple of places), strange bar but we weren't AI so didn't go in there much - however evening entertainment sweet. Good buffet breakfast and nice staff
I needed a place to stay at short notice that included breakfast after finding out that the hotel I had booked was not half board as I believed. This one fit my needs based on availability, price and breakfast. It gave me the added option of exercising freedom of expression without inhibition.
Lovely hotel, right next to the beach, very clean and tidy. They even surprised me with a bottle of wine in the hotel room and a card saying happy birthday which made the holiday extra special.
Would definitely recommend.

Dunas Maspalonas was a resort for families, mainly Scandanavian. The complex was of a poor standard. The food was simple and fresh, although the dining experience was one of an unsupervised school canteen, with children running around and touching food on the buffet.
This is not the place to take your holidays if you have expectations of a reasonable standard of service. We left the complex each morning and felt that we could not return until the evening so that we did not have to put up with the noise from bars and children.

If you're staying in Las Palmas and you're on a budget, stay here! I loved it! A proper Las Palmas apartment block, basic but functional. Free wifi - and have stayed in much more expensive places that charge for it! I paid 20 euros per night for a private double room with it's own bathroom. The absolute find and bargain of my travels round the Canary Islands and I would 100% stay here again. Unusual arrangements - not really a reception as such, and I got a text in Spanish (thank goodness for google translate!) telling me that the key would be inside the room, and what the door code was to get in. Well, all worked fine - phew :) Paid the cleaner cash when I left.
It's all a bit casual, but such amazing value. Street a little noisy outside, but nothing you can't handle. Stay here - it's cool. Save your euros for spending!
Very nice vew next to the sea. The people are pollite as the staff. It was a perfect holliday. The hotel has good activities during night with good food serve in the restaurant. Ive enjoy every minute and would like to go back again.
