The bungalows are simple but as we were mainly sleeping whilst there it worked fine. I would say the complex is ideal for families, in a quiet location.

“Beyond my expectation”

Bravo I dont normally write reviews but on this occasion, I wanted to praise this lovely place and recommend to other travellers. Situated in maspalomas near the family attraction Holiday world, the main beaches, Faro 2 shopping centre, good transport links to the rest of the island and to airport, i thoroughly recommend this bungalow complex. Very quiet, the bungalows are basic but clean and comfortable. It is very family friendly and I feel really safe for the kids to wonder around the complex. Each bunagalow have its own little front court yard and lovely palm trees and grass for everyone to enjoy. The staff are extremely friendly, from front reception down to the restaurant staf and the cleaning ladies. There are 3 swimming pools which are all kids depth. Loads of sun loungers and plenty of activity laid on by the management to keep everyone occupied such as water polo, football, tennis, etc. I also wanted to praise the management and the staff of Bungalows Club MasPalomas One during the vocalno disruption. They were extremely sympathetic with all its guests and not only they didnt not take advantage of us, they offered discounted rate for stranded guests, late check out without charge, helping with administrative stuff such as printing, telephone and translation when we had to deal with local agencies and organisations. Service with a smile and I would definitely return here when I'm in Gran Canaria again. Bravo Bungalows Club MasPalomas One. Andy

“Budget Bungalow”

Free WiFi at reception, which was great. Some of the receptionist were nicer than others. Bungalow was basic, but did have everything that we needed. 2+1 pools, although crowded sometimes. I found the Buffet Dinner menu a bit out of fashion and date, seems that did not change in the last 30 years:-) So luckily we did not sign up for it for the whole stay, rather dined out. Breakfast was a bit better, although not great, but it was comfortable having it there instead of going out somewhere or preparing it on out own. Generally satisfied, would recommend and also go back myself.

“Preiswerte, zentrale und zweckmäßige Unterkunft”

Für ein 1-Sterne-Haus durchaus ansprechend und zweckmäßig. Wer nicht zu große Ansprüche hat und nur eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit braucht, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Allerdings sollte man auch keine großen Ansprüche an die Sauberkeit haben, die "Reinigung" der Zimmer dauert rund 5 Minuten und ist ziemlich oberflächlich. Die "Bungalows" sind zwar eher klein, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet und haben eine kleine eigene Terrasse und 2 Sonnenliegen, 2 Stühle und einen kleinen Tisch. Vor dem Bungalow hat man ausreichend Platz, um gemütlich und in Privatsphäre die Sonne auf Rasenflächen zu genießen. Entgegen der Hotelbeschreibung muss allerdings für das Fernsehen bezahlt werden! Vom Abendessen (Buffet, derzeit 12 Euro p.P.) in der Anlage muss nach eigenen schlechten Erfahrungen dringend abgeraten werden! Ansonsten ist die ANlage im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ok und somit empfehlenswert. Von Diebstählen ist uns nichts bekannt geworden.

“Für Familien mit Kindern die einen Garten vor der Tür suchen”

Etwas abgewohnte Anlage die aber sauber gahalten wird, nette Gartenlage der Bungalows, ruhige Lage. Zimmer eher klein und für max 2 Personen geeignet , für mehr nur wenn diese Kleinkinder sind Außer dem sehr bemühten Reinigungspersonal ist der Rest des Services eher unterdurchschnittlich. Haben Buffet nicht genutzt (selber gekocht), dies sah aber eher Kantinenmäßig aus. Viele sehr zutrauliche Katzen in der Anlage die von den Touristen durchgefüttert werden.

“Correct, bon rapport qualité prix”

C'est un hôtel peu cher avec ce que l'on peut en attendre en terme de services (propreté OK, équipement correct... TV et Internet payants) Je n'ai pas testé la restauration mais l'équipe du bar était sympa. L'isolation phonique n'est pas top et pour les adeptes de la grasse matinée il vaut mieux avoir le sommeil lourd (perso j'ai de la chance) parce que le matin s'enchainent tonte des pelouses et travaux divers à partir de 8h... Si les enfants de vos voisins n'ont pas commencé plus tôt. Prévoir également une caution pour la clé du bungalow et ne pas oublier de la réclamer... Le personnel ne court pas après les clients pour leur rappeler au moment du départ ;)

“Club Maspalomas I”

Del complesso posso parlare solo bene, tutto ben curato: i vialetti, i giardini, la piscina. Le camere erano come da immagini viste in precedenza, piccole ma funzionali. Unica pecca sono stati i materassi, piuttosto molli ed appoggiati su una base di cemento. Se ci fosse stata un'asse di legno, sotto il materasso, magari erano un po' meno scomodi. Come già sapevamo mancava il Bidè..ma questo succede nella maggior parte dei luoghi di villeggiatura fuori dall'Italia!!! Lo consigliamo tranquillamente! Buon viaggio a tutti!!!

molto disponibile e cordiale,presenza di 4 pc collegati ad internet nella reception,3 piscine molto ben tenute,bel ristorante e minimarket fornito di ogni cosa indispensabile(anche se un po caro)....unica nota dolente ladistanza dai divertimenti di playa del ingles...20 min a piedi
