I live in a busy town centre so wasn't troubled by the noise but the lift is very noisy and runs constantly due to the location/layout of the apartments.
Room cleaning is sporadic, I think it is 3 times a week but they don't take into account when you arrived, so my room was cleaned within hours of my arrival (so no towels or linen needed changing) and then not cleaned for 3 days, then they came the afternoon before I was leaving to which I told them not to bother as I was checking out the next morning!
There was a big ant problem which is often a problem in self catering and not helped by the lack of cleaning.
I was however very happy with the large balcony which all the rooms had, it was private and there was room to sunbathe....which was good as the pool area was VERY noisy and slightly unwelcoming as most the guests seemed to be Spanish and weren't very friendly.

We stayed on a room only basis and got what we paid for. Good clean and balcony overlooking one of 3 pools. Well placed (5mins walk) to main beach down the steps. Plenty of facilities locally to keep everyone pleased. 10 mins walk to Yumbo centre too. I'll go back. It was economical and practical. Bus to and from Airport is very close so very convenient too
