Just to get a few facts right. This room is not a little backroom in the house. It is a Free standing Unit apart from the house with a room, bathroom and a kitchen. We wish to remind you that you chose this specific unit yourself, not us. When you arrived, you immediately complained about Covid 19 Protocol procedures and described it as nonsense. When you were asked for the balance payment, you persisted that you paid the full amount until I showed you the email we received from Nightsbridge. Here, you once again complain about high walls and fences. All our guests love the high walls and fences because it offers high security. About the reviews from other guests which you claim to be family or fake just because those reviews (12) differ from yours is not very polite. Those reviews speaks for itself and contradict the picture that you describe here. We are sorry if you did not have a great experience. Everyone is entitled to his opinion and we respect that, but opinions should be reasonable and fair.
