“Nice place good breakfast bar.”

The hotel was in a decent location for a quick walk or tram ride to the city center. The proximity to the motorway was a bit loud if placed in a room facing it but windows suppressed the sound if closed.

“Very good”

Hotel was very nice. 15 minutes walk from the center of Goteborg. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfasts were great as well.

“Good Hotel”

Hotel situated close to city Center. Easy access to City center and touristic attractions using the tram. Hotel room was very clean but does not have a refrigerator. Bathroom space is adequate. Hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful. They all speak English. .

Area recommendations
Haga district is the place to visit. The streets are small and narrow, and full of beautiful small shops, cafes, restaurants and antiques. Take the Paddan boat tour. The tour takes you under 20 bridges and in the harbor.

“Spar Hotel Garda. please avoid”

They charged me again after I had paid with expedia? Is that correct. Said that they didn't get paid from expedia. The room was noisy due to its vicinity being adjacent to the interstate.

“Extremely pleased would go back again.”

Very good Hotel and we asked for a quiet room as some of the rooms are next to the main road. They allocated us one that was an upgrade which was extremely quiet. We could not even hear the road mentioned in previous reviews. Very helpful front desk. Great choice for breakfast of a very high quality.

Getting around
We purchased a 3 day pass for trams/ buses and ferries which we found very useful and really got our monies worth. Also bought a Goteborg pass for 1 day but as it gives discounts for so many attractions and also trams and buses etc you cannot use it all in one day and would therefore suggest buying a 2 day pass and you would not then need the trams and buses pass which we first bought as this is included.

“hôtel un peu excentré mais arrêt de tram à 300 m”

“Trevligt och billigt hotell”

Mycket bra och prisvärt hotell, ligger lite i utkanten av centrum men spårvagn finns i närheten och är 3 hållplatser till centrum! Rummen är fina och med bekväma sängar. Super bra och god frukost med gluten och laktosfria alternativ!

“Spar Hotel Garda in Göteborg”

Das Hotel ist gut mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Man benötigt von der Bahnstation nur 5 Min. Gehweg zum Hotel. Mit der Bahn ist man in 5 Min. in der Innenstadt von Göteborg. Das Hotel selber verfügt über eine kostenlose Tiefgarage für die Gäste. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war auch in Ordnung. Leider lag unser Zimmer in Richtung einer viel befahrenen Straße. Aber wenn das Fenster geschlossen war, war der Geräuschpegel nicht mehr hoch. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und auch reichhaltig. Alles in allem ist dieses Hotel zu empfehlen.
