“Great location”

This is an ideal hotel for transport, shopping, eating and drinking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good choice at breakfast.

Area recommendations
Liseberg Christmas market is delightful. Heaven 23 bar in Gothia Towers Hotel is great for views over Gothenburg and kingsize shrimp sandwiches.

“Excellent position”

Radisson Blu Gotenburg is a fabulous hotel, excellent staff , good rooms and in the perfect position for getting around Gotenburg if you only have a short time there, and the Swedish people are really charming. Loved the whole weekend, and the fish is to die for !!

The old town, the Fish Church, and take a trip by train & bus to Marstrand - just beautiful !

“Good Choice”

Excellent Hotel, large choice at breakfast, Ideal location, come out of the Central Station & Bus Terminal its looking straight at you 2 minutes walk away. Good position to see all that Gothenberg has to offer

“Delivers what it promises”

This hotel genuinely delivers! It is perfectly placed, professionally managed and courteously and efficiently staffed by an international group of young competent friendly, interested and polite people. On arrival reception you immediately feel welcome and check-in was made a pleasure. Our 3rd floor road facing room (which we had requested) was standard; we had got a great deal through Expedia and proved totally sufficient. There was plenty of space and facilities, fridge, safe, iron, hairdryer etc,. Housekeeping was of the correct standard. The bathroom had a powerful shower and the bath not just the usual tiny trough….you could really relax in it! Medium quality freebie potions and soaps were supplied. The towels were standard and sufficient in number. All fixtures and fittings were well maintained and clean- the beds were of good size and all the linen spotless. Breakfast buffet was a delight - exactly how it should be done in this level and type of hotel. The staff were a well oiled machine, everything was as it should be even when it was fully booked. The quality of food was superb and “to order” dishes were swiftly despatched exactly to specification! The clearing of tables etc was meticulous. Minor comment on improvements would be that the TV could be more modern and include a DVD facility, also robes and slippers weren’t supplied- but maybe they were in rooms of higher “status”

“radisson Blu is sweden hotel chain to s”

he hotel is great! great location. However the rooms were not big, actually, small, it was ok for 2 people, but I wouldn't want to have more people in that room. Over all, great hotel chain. Gothenburg, and stockholm, radisson blu is the way to go!

“Second Visit”

Comfortable room and bed. Very good Breakfast buffet. Excellent locations.

Area recommendations
Goteborg is an easy city to visit. It is a port and has great public transportation. Lots of shopping, good museums, good nightlife. You can use your Tram/bus passes on the Ferries also.

“Good hotel”

This was a very comfortable and friendly hotel. The staff were very helpful. A wonderful buffet breakfast came in the deal I booked. My husband enjoyed the gym and the trainers were helpful there too. All good.

Area recommendations
The park next to the hotel is lovely, beautiful gardens and a delightful cafe.
