“Great Hotel”

The Hotel was very nice,and it was right in the middle of town and i had no problems getting to and from.

“Close to Naval Base”

Went to spend a weekend with my son, who is stationed at the Naval base in Charleston. The hotel was a short 5 minute drive from the base. There were restaurants and shopping close by. A short 20 minute ride put us at a lot of the downtown Charlestown attractions. Will repeat my stay many times while my son is stationed at Charleston Naval Base.

“pleasant stay”

I was just traveling for a short stop over to visit friends. My stay was pleasant rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was very friendly. I woke up a little late (should of had a wake up call but didn't think I needed one) they keep the breakfast bar open a little later for me so I could grab a bite to eat before checking out. There sausage biscuit and gravy were excellent. I would stay again.

“A pretty good deal for the price.”

It was a good value for the price. They put out a decent breakfast which I liked especially when I had a full day a head me and not knowing when I am going to have lunch. On a different, wish they had beter wifi signal for computer.

“Staff was really nice, but I was not impressed with the room!”

I lived in Goose Creek about 15 years ago, and wanted to go back for a visit to see old friends. We stayed at the Quality Inn for 4 days, and the employees were very nice. The room was cleaned daily, but the air conditioner did not work very well, and it was constantly very hot in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. I don't recommend this hotel if you are staying in Charleston for an extended period of time.

“Close to the Navy Base”

Not as modern as some but clean and close to the Naval Base. Graduation ceremony was the reason for the trip so suited the purpose very well. Great breakfast.

Overall experience was good. I did have to call the service desk to complain about the noise on the balcony.

I'm sorry i can't give this hotel a good review. If I knew the hotel was near railroad tracks I would of stayed somewhere else. I had to fix my television by replacing the coax cable and the ac in the room wasn't that cold at all. The only good thing about this hotel is the staff. They were very nice and friendly.

“Great People; Bad Area”

The staff at the Quality Inn were extremely helpful and polite! However, I did not feel like the area was the best. Nothing specific happened, just out of all the other areas in Charleston it was the least kept up compared to the other counties.

“Love Charleston, but hotel is a sad joke”

The room was absolutely filthy. There was mold on our shower curtain until the night before we left. They didn't sweep or mop the floors, did not clean the toilet or change the sheets. they would forget to leave us towels. We had to get out own. I was so disappointed in this Choice hotel.
