Great hotel and a great price.

“great inexpensive trip”

the hotel was clean and seemed fairly new. the staff was super nice. breakfast was typical. the pool wasnt the cleanest after the landscaper blew dirt in but otherwise a great place to stay.

“A pleasant surprise”

We checked in on Christmas Eve. Even though it was a holiday and the hotel was operating on a skeleton staff you wouldn't know it. We were greeted very cheerfully by the front desk person. Even our request for extra pillows had been honored. The hotel is very clean, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, including keeping me company while my husband and son watched something on TV that I wasn't interested in. We would definitely stay there again.

“Good stay”

Beds weren't the most comfortable, but the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly (they let us check-in early), and the hotel, itself, was easily accessible from the highway.

“Stop here to sleep when you're on the way...!”

We are relocating from Atlantic City, NJ to Savannah, GA. We've been up and down I-95 a few times now. This was our 3rd time staying at the Sleep Inn in Smithfield. It's a nice break in the driving if you don't need to drive straight through (we don't). We've stayed at various hotels, B&B's, etc. all over the US and in Europe. This Sleep Inn may not be the most "luxurious" or in the best "location for a fabulous view", but it is one of the cleanest, friendliest places we've stayed. Thanks guys.

Neat, clean and certainly lives up to its reputation as well as customer reviews. We'll stay here again on another trip south....

“Breakfast”

The area for breakfast was too small. There was not a good choice for breakfast foods. There was only a waffle maker and batter. The line was long with people waiting. Some morings we could not get close enough to the counter to see what was available. We ate at restaurants near the hotel for breakfast on the four days that we stayed.

“Good hotel for the money.”

No complaints. Desk clerk was great. Room was clean. Breakfast was average.

“Just ok”

This hotel has high reviews for customer service and they are all correct. The front desk staff was wonderful. Both times I stayed there during my trip. The rooms were nice and clean. After staying at another Sleep Inn during my trip I could see that this one needs a little updating. But, it was quiet despite the hotel being busy and that's a plus while driving many miles a day. The cookies when I checked in the first time were so good, but sadly they didn't have them the second time I stayed. there. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice.
