The indoor pool was much nicer than the usual ones. It felt like you were outside! The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was better than others. Lots of restaurants nearby. A great place to stop along 95.

Wonderful experience. Receptionist and all hotel employee gracious and provided wonderful service. Loved the southern hospitality!

I found this hotel to be above average for a mid range hotel and would highly recommend it.

The lobby and breakfast were great. The room itself smelled of old smoke even though it was supposedly non-smoking and the blankets were ripped. Ok for a family stop over which is what it was, although I thought the room should have cost less given its condition.

“Safe place to relax and sleep after a long plane flight.”

Staff was great, just one part time cleaning person didn't clean has good has their full time staff who were great and friendly. The staff's smiling faces made my long plane trip less painful. The front desk staff went the extra mile to help me. I asked for directions, they print maps and directions.

“Needs facelift!”

When we checked into our room, we soon discovered that there was no bedding stored to use for the fold-out couch bed. We had to go to the desk to obtain these. Then we went down to the pool-- and it was locked! Eventually the clerk ascertained that there were no safety issue involved and unlocked it. However, the pool was a bit seedy-looking-- missing patches of paint, then we found a chicken bone in the water! The shower is difficult to turn off-- at one point we were flooding the pool area. Back in the room I took a bath to wash of the chlorine and discovered that the tub was clogged. At this point the clerk offered to move us to another room, an offer that we accepted. While I have complaints about the hotel facilties, I have only praise for the clerk Regina. She remained cheerful and worked to make us as comfortable as possible. If her service had been less than stellar, we might have demanded a refund and moved to another hotel. The next morning I discovered that the treadmill and stair-step machine in the workout room were broken. Since there were only about 4 pieces of equipment there, that put a serious dent in my workout. This hotel needs a facelift! And should give Regina a raise.
